To the Debtors and Creditors on the sequestrated estate of ALEX. KELMAN, Brewer and Baker in Aberdeen,

THOSE Indebted to the said Alex. Kelman, are requested immediately to pay their accounts to James McHardy, Advocate in Aberdeen, with whom those having Claims against him, will please lodge them.

The Bake-house in North Street, lately occupied by Alex. Kelman, will be let until Whitsunday first. - Being in a central situation, and an established trade having been carried on in it, a more desirable situation for a person commencing business, is seldom to be met with.

FEU IN PETERHEAD,

Part of the Sequestrated Estate of JAMES GILLAN, Mill Wright in Peterhead, for Sale, by public roup.

On Friday the 20th March next, at six o'clock in the evening, within the New Inn of Peterhead, there will be exposed to sale by public roup,

THAT FEU in the KIRKTON of PETERHEAD, lately possessed by the said James Gillan, with the Mill Wrights Shop, New House, and Dye House built thereon. - The Feu contains 23 Falls, is excellently situated for carrying on business, and is worthy the attention of intending purchasers.

The title deeds, and articles of roup, are in the hands of Messrs. Robertson and Gray, Writers in Peterhead.

COACH MANUFACTORY

On Friday the 9th day of January next, there will be exposed to sale by public roup, within the New Inn of Aberdeen, at six o'clock afternoon,

THE extensive, commodious, and substantial COACH MANUFACTORY, on the north-side of Frederick Street of Aberdeen, part of the Sequestrated Estates of Alexander Christie, Merchant, Aberdeen, and Andrew Mitchell in Whiteness of Slains.

This Manufactory is fitted up with a Set of complete Machinery, which raises the weightiest Carriages with ease, expedition, and safety; and is situated in one of the most centrical, dry, and airy parts of the town.  It is laid out on the most approved plan for the general convenience of the different operations of the respective Artizans; occupies a space of sixty feet square, and has attached to it a Blacksmith's Shop, Coach Houses and Sheds; a Pump-well of excellent soft water, and every other accommodation and convenience for carrying on the work with facility and advantage.

THAT DOUBLE HOUSE in Stewartfield, which sometime belonged to David Lundie, thereafter to William Hutchison, merchant there.

ALSO, a BUILDING LEASE, entered into between Mr Alex. Galen, as factor on the Entailed estate of Dens; and Mr George Cruden, schoolmaster, with the Houses erected on the building stance thereby let,

AND, the REMAINDER of the LEASE of a PIECE of GROUND at Knock, let by Mr Buchan of Auchmacoy, to George Reidford, of which there are two years to run after Martinmas next.

SALE OF HERITABLE PROPERTY,

Belonging to the Sequestrated Estate of WILLIAM DUGUID,

Manufacturer in Aberdeen.

Upon Friday the 29th day of August curt. there will be exposed to sale by public roup, within the house of George Ronald, Vintner in Aberdeen, betwixt the hours of six and seven afternoon,

THAT TENEMENT on the north side of Woolmanhill of Aberdeen, opposite the Infirmary, and presently possessed by the said William Duguid, and others; - and that PIECE of GROUND, near Broadford, on the south side of the Inverury Turnpike Road, measuring 60 feet in front, and about 230 feet backwards.  The Ground is presently laid out as a Garden, is enclosed with good walls, and well stocked with Fruit-trees and Berry-bushes.

And upon Monday the first of September, there will be exposed to sale by public roup, within the house of William Smith, Vintner in Old Deer, at twelve o'clock noon, that DOUBLE-HOUSE in STEWARTFIELD, which sometime belonged to David Lundie, weaver, thereafter to William Hutchinson, Merchant there.

Also, a BUILDING LEASE entered into between Mr Alex. THE whole STOCKING on the FARMS of FIDDESBEG, KINKNOCKIE, and FORNETIE, possessed by the said ALEXANDER MITCHELL, consisting of 8 Work Horses, 3 Young Horses; a Mare and Foal; 3 two years old, and 1 one year old Colts; a Poney; 8 Milch Cows; 8 Queys with Calf; 4 one year old Stots, 12 Calves; Carts; Ploughs; Harrows; a Stone Roller; a Barn Fanner; Cart and Plough Harness; and a variety of other farming utensils; several Stacks of Corn, Bear, and Pease, with Fodder, and some acres of Turnips.

At the same time will be let, several Parks of New and Pasture Grass for the season.

SALE OF BREWING STOCK AND UTENSILS;

THE whole BREWING STOCK and UTENSILS belonging to the Sequestrated Estate of WALTER SIM, Brewer in Aberdeen, consisting of MALT, LIQUOR in the course Brewing, VATS, CASKS & c. &c. are to be Sold; and a purchaser may enter on Mr Sim's business.

1.  THE extensive and commodious COACH MANUFACTORY, with the Blacksmiths Shop, and other conveniences attached to it, situated between Frederick-street and Prince's-street, of Aberdeen.

2.  The DWELLING HOUSE fronting King-street, lately occupied by James Smith, as a Hotel, with or without the Halls connected with it.

3.  The BUILDING AREA adjoining to the said house on the North.

4.  The DWELLING HOUSE in Frederick-street, possessed by Mr Trokes, House Painter, with the use of a Pump Well, and Bleaching Green, at the back thereof.

5. The DWELLING HOUSE possessed by Miss Brander and others, and adjoining to the one last mentioned, with the use of the said Well and Bleaching Green.

6.  TWO HOUSES in Prince's-street, opposite to those possessed by Mr Trokes and Miss Brander.

SUBJECTS in PETERHEAD, and VILLAGE of NEW LEEDS, &c. for SALE.

THE following SUBJECTS, part of the sequestrated estate of ALEXANDER CHEYNE, late merchant in Leith.

1st,  All and whole these HOUSES, Barns and Stables, and Ground adjoining thereto, lying in the town of Peterhead, and fronting the north harbour, as presently possessed by Alexander Sutherland, carter, John Taylor, and others.

2d, The Feu tenement of Land, and new House built thereon, lying on the south side of Peterhead, situated on the School Brae, and on the north side of the road leading from the Mineral Well, towards the Kirktown, as presently possessed by Peter Hutchinson, and John Burnet.

3d, That Small House and Feu, in the village of New Leeds, in the parish of Strichen, sometime belonging to Alexander Hepburn, thereafter to James Geddes and his spouse, and which is marked No. 27. on the plan of the village.

There will be sold by public roup, within the house of George Ronald, vintner, in Aberdeen, upon Friday the 11th day of February 1814, betwixt the hours of 6 and 7 o'clock afternoon,

THE WHOLE HERITABLE PROPERTY in Aberdeen belonong to said Estate; - consisting of ONE WHOLE and TWO HALF HOUSES fronting Chapel-street; several PIECES of GROUND fronting said street, both sides of Chapel-lane, an intended street leading northward from said lane, Summer-street and Skene-street.

The advantages of this property are numerous, and have been described in former advertisements; and the upset price is now reduced to Seven Hundred Pounds.

OF PARKS AT EAST COOKSTON, FOR SALE.

Being part of the Sequestrated Estate of Mr. Lumsden, at Smithfield.

On Friday, the 21st of January next, at 12 o'clock noon, within the Lemon Tree Tavern of Aberdeen, there will be exposed for sale, by public roup,

THESE THREE DWELLING-HOUSES and piece of GARDEN GROUND, upon the east side of the Spittal road, possessed by John Gavin and others.  The ground adjoins to Mr Walker's garden, and commands a view of the Bay and Town of Aberdeen.

Also the LEASE of THREE PARKS on Cookston, in the parish of Nether Banchory, possessed by James Keith, Robert Spark, and others, of which there are 6 years to run, from Martinmas last.  The purchaser will get immediate access to the Park lately possessed by Robert Williamson, containing about 12 acres; and he will have a right to the rents payable by the sub-tenants, and to the meliorations allowed at the end of the lease for houses and dikes.

William Selbie (bankrupt): sale of property

SALE OF PROPERTY,

By way of Feu or otherwise.

There will be sold by public roup, within the house of George Ronald, vintner in Aberdeen, on Friday the 26th day of November, 1813, between the hours of six and seven o'clock afternoon,

THE whole PROPERTY belonging to the Sequestrated Estate of WILLIAM SELBIE, Merchant and Manufacturer in Aberdeen, consisting of one Whole and two Half HOUSES fronting Chapel-street; several Pieces of GROUND, fronting Chapel-street, Chapel-lane, a street leading northward from said lane, Summer-street, and Skene-street.

There are Gardens at the back of each of the Houses.  The different pieces of Ground are judiciously laid out for feuing, and the feuers will be well supplied with water from wells in the neighbourhood.

The whole will be sold together or in lots, as purchasers may incline; and any part of the Ground will be feued separately.  

The right of feu duties payable for ground adjoining, will also be sold.

And the right to one-fourth of the Ground  and Houses sometime occupied by Walker, Knox, & Co. Machinery, Waterfall on the Water of Cowie, Lease thereon; and Partnership Concern of Walker, Knox, & Co. will at sametime be exposed.  All in manner mentioned in the artciles of roup, which are in the hands of Alexander Smith, Advocate, Correction-wynd, Aberdeen.

George Fielding, Slateford, Brechin

REWARD OF THIRTY GUINEAS.

WHEREAS, GEORGE FIELDING, one of the partners of the concern which carried on business under the firm of Smith and Fielding, merchants and auctioneers, in Glasgow and Edinburgh, has absconded, carrying with him the books and almost the whole property and effects belonging to the said concern of Smith and Fielding.

A REWARD of THIRTY GUINEAS

will be paid to any person who will apprehend and lodge in person, or give such information as may lead to the apprehension of the said George Fielding.

Fielding is a native of Slateford near Brechin, speaks the dialect of that part of the country; was originally bred to the trade of a mason; but has been in the practice for this some time past of selling goods about the country, as an auctioneer, in company with his partner Smith; and had lately an auction-room in Brechin.  He is about 5 feet 9 inches high - stout made - fair complexioned - andhad on a grey coat and velveteen breeches when last seen.

The above reward will be paid by James Kerr, accountant in Glasgow, trustee on the sequestrated estate of the said Smith and Fielding; or by W. Lawrie and A. Morrison, writers, Glasgow.

Sequestration of William Selbie

SALES

AT NEWBRIDGE, NEAR ABERDEEN, AND AT STONEHAVEN

There will be sold by public roup, on Tuesday the 29th curt. at the Dwelling House of WILLIAM SELBIE  at Newbridge,

THE whole HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE therein; also, a good collection of Books, a quantity of Raw and Combed WOOL, together with several PIECES of CLOTH, and various other articles.  The roup to begin at ten o'clock forenoon.

And on Thursday the 1st day of July next,

There will be sold at the Dyehouse, which belonged to the said William Selbie, at Stonehaven, the whole Presses, Vats, Boilers, and other Utensils used by him in the said Dyehouse.  They form a complete Set of Dyeing Apparatus, and will be sold in such lots as purchasers may wish.  The roup to begin at twelve o'clock noon.

The whole to be exposed by the Trustee on the Sequestrated Estate of the said William Selbie, Credit to be given on security; good bargains may be expected as the whole must be sold off.

ADVERTISEMENT.

IT is requested, that all those who are indebted to the sequestrated Estate of JOHN ALLAN, Leather Merchant in BANFF, by bill, account, or otherways, will pay the same to James Watson, Merchant in Banff, the Trustee for the creditors, immediately; otherways the trustee will be under the necessity of prosecuting for payment.

Aucharnie estate, Aberdeenshire

LANDS IN ABERDEENSHIRE FOR SALE

THE LANDS of AUCHARNIE, as formerly advertised, will be exposed to sale in HUMPHREY's INN, Aberdeen, on Friday the 3d day of July next, part of the sequestrated estate of Mr COLIN GILLIES, Merchant in Brechin.

This estate is situated within a few miles of good seaports, and excellent turnpike roads pass very near it.

The Arable Lands, by a late survey, amount to  510 A. 2 R.  32 F.

The Pasture Ground                                          213 A. 1 R. 23 F.

And the Moss, which is inexhaustible,                215 A. 3 R.  0 F.

Great part of the grounds have been lately dressed, and a purchaser may buy the Crop along with the Lands, if he is so inclined.
