Sequestration of Alexander Kelman

NOTICE
To the Debtors and Creditors on the sequestrated estate of ALEX. KELMAN, Brewer and Baker in Aberdeen,

THOSE Indebted to the said Alex. Kelman, are requested immediately to pay their accounts to James McHardy, Advocate in Aberdeen, with whom those having Claims against him, will please lodge them.

The Bake-house in North Street, lately occupied by Alex. Kelman, will be let until Whitsunday first. - Being in a central situation, and an established trade having been carried on in it, a more desirable situation for a person commencing business, is seldom to be met with.

For particulars, apply to the said James McHardy.

Pennan quarry: millstones for sale

MILL STONES.
Just arrived from Pennan,

A CARGO of good MILL STONES.  Apply to George Henderson, Flour Mill, Aberdeen.

Those who wish Mill Stones from the Quarry at Pennan, will please apply to James Henderson, Brewer, Old Deer, who will attend at the Quarry, on the third Monday of July, and on the first and third Mondays of August, September, and October, for the purpose of selling the Stones, &c.

Orders addressed to James Henderson, from any part of the Country, will be carefully attended to.

Walter Sim, brewer in Aberdeen

SALE OF BREWING STOCK AND UTENSILS;
AND
NOTICE TO DEBTORS & CREDITORS.

THE whole BREWING STOCK and UTENSILS belonging to the Sequestrated Estate of WALTER SIM, Brewer in Aberdeen, consisting of MALT, LIQUOR in the course Brewing, VATS, CASKS & c. &c. are to be Sold; and a purchaser may enter on Mr Sim's business.

For particulars, apply to Mr William Pirie, Merchant in Aberdeen, the Trustee; or John D. Milne, Advocate there.

It is also requested that the Creditors of Walter Sim and Walter Sim and Co. who have not lodged their Claims, accompanied by Affidavits will do so without delay; and that those Indebted to the Bankrupts, will immediately make payment to Mr Pirie, or Mr Milne, as prosecutions are about to be raised.

SALE OF HERITABLE SUBJECTS IN BANFF

Belonging to the Sequestrated Estate of ALEXANDER COWIE, late Brewer and Vintner in BANFF.

There is to be exposed to public roup and sale, within the Ordinary Sheriff Court-room in Banff, on Friday the 16th day of November next, at 12 o'clock noon,
ALL and Haill that TENEMENT of HOUSES and Burrow-bigged Land, with the Back Ground adjoining thereto, situated at the entry to the town of Banff by the turnpike road from the West, as lately occupied by the said Alexander Cowie, and his tenants, consisting of Two Dwelling Houses, a Malt Barn, and Kiln, Brew House, Cellars, Stables, Hay Lofts, Byres and Shades, with a Water Pump, and other conveniences, which render the premises well adapted in every respect for a Brewer or Inn-keeper, of enterprise and capital.

The title deeds of the said subjects, with the articles of roup, are in the hands of Peter Cameron, writer in Banff, who, or George Alexander, merchant there, will give any other information that may be required.
