ROUP of FARM STOCKING, HORSES, CATTLE,

CORN and FODDER, & c.  Part of the Sequestrated

Estate of ALEXANDER MITCHELL, in Fiddesbeg of Foveran.

To be sold by public roup,

THE whole STOCKING on the FARMS of FIDDESBEG, KINKNOCKIE, and FORNETIE, possessed by the said ALEXANDER MITCHELL, consisting of 8 Work Horses, 3 Young Horses; a Mare and Foal; 3 two years old, and 1 one year old Colts; a Poney; 8 Milch Cows; 8 Queys with Calf; 4 one year old Stots, 12 Calves; Carts; Ploughs; Harrows; a Stone Roller; a Barn Fanner; Cart and Plough Harness; and a variety of other farming utensils; several Stacks of Corn, Bear, and Pease, with Fodder, and some acres of Turnips.

At the same time will be let, several Parks of New and Pasture Grass for the season.

The roup to begin on Tuesday next, the 22d April current, at 10 o'clock forenoon, at Fiddesbeg, and on Wednesday at same hour, at Kinknockie and Fornetie.

Credit will be given on security.

Leases in Foveran

VALUABLE FARM, MEAL MILL, AND TWO

CROFTS, IN THE COUNTY OF ABERDEEN,

AND PARISH OF FOVERAN,

ENTRY AT WHITSUNDAY FIRST.

To be Let, for such a number of years as may be agreed on,

THE FARM of MILL of MINNES, as possessed by Alex. Catto, consisting of about 115 Scots Acres: great part of the infield is improved, and inclosed with Stone Dykes; and being in the vicinity of Newburgh, where Manure can always be had, and Produce disposed of, the rest can be improved at a moderate expence.  The Mill, which has a constant supply of Water, and a great Fall, may be converted to different branches of Manufacture; and may have a Public Kiln annexed to her, which would be convenient in that part of the country.

Also, Two CROFTS, a large PARK, and Rough MOSS (adjoining the Parks of Tillery), as possessed by William Christal and John Allan, (to be joined in one Possession), consisting of about 40 Acres.

Good encouragement will be given to able and industrious tenants.

Offers, in writing, will be taken in till the middle of February, by John C. Hunter of Tillery, where further particulars will be known.

James Leslie, ground-officer, will shew the marches.

Snowstorm fatality

A woman of the name of Christian Henderson, lost her life in the violent storm of drifting snow of the 1st curt. when, almost within a stone-throw of Tillycorthy, on her return to her home, in the parish of Foveran, where she was well known as an industrious honest woman, long in the practice of selling fish through the country, in which she had just been engaged in a neighbouring parish.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS

THE Creditors of JOHN GAVIN, shoemaker in Newburgh, are herby desired to lodge their claims, with affidavits thereon, with James Glass, shoemaker, Long-acre, Aberdeen, within one month from this date, otherwise they will receive no share of the produce of the said John Gavin's effects, then to be divided.
