Public roup of Stuartfield property

SALE OF HERITABLE PROPERTY IN STEWARTFIELD,
Belonging to the Sequestrated Estate of WILLIAM DUGUID,
Manufacturer in Aberdeen.

Upon Monday the 13th day of October curt. there will be exposed to sale by public roup, within the house of Mrs Hutchison in Stewartfield, at one o'clock afternoon,

THAT DOUBLE HOUSE in Stewartfield, which sometime belonged to David Lundie, thereafter to William Hutchison, merchant there.

ALSO, a BUILDING LEASE, entered into between Mr Alex. Galen, as factor on the Entailed estate of Dens; and Mr George Cruden, schoolmaster, with the Houses erected on the building stance thereby let,

AND, the REMAINDER of the LEASE of a PIECE of GROUND at Knock, let by Mr Buchan of Auchmacoy, to George Reidford, of which there are two years to run after Martinmas next.

The Properties will be shewn to intending purchasers, by Mrs Hutchison; and for further particulars, application may be made to Alex. Webster, Advocate in Aberdeen, trustee on the said sequestrated estate, in whose hands are the title deeds of the foresaid subjects.

Heritable property of William Duguid

SALE OF HERITABLE PROPERTY,
Belonging to the Sequestrated Estate of WILLIAM DUGUID,
Manufacturer in Aberdeen.

Upon Friday the 29th day of August curt. there will be exposed to sale by public roup, within the house of George Ronald, Vintner in Aberdeen, betwixt the hours of six and seven afternoon,

THAT TENEMENT on the north side of Woolmanhill of Aberdeen, opposite the Infirmary, and presently possessed by the said William Duguid, and others; - and that PIECE of GROUND, near Broadford, on the south side of the Inverury Turnpike Road, measuring 60 feet in front, and about 230 feet backwards.  The Ground is presently laid out as a Garden, is enclosed with good walls, and well stocked with Fruit-trees and Berry-bushes.

And upon Monday the first of September, there will be exposed to sale by public roup, within the house of William Smith, Vintner in Old Deer, at twelve o'clock noon, that DOUBLE-HOUSE in STEWARTFIELD, which sometime belonged to David Lundie, weaver, thereafter to William Hutchinson, Merchant there.

Also, a BUILDING LEASE entered into between Mr Alex. Galen, as Factor on the Entailed Estate of Dens, and Mr George Cruden, Schoolmaster, with the Houses erected on the Building Stance thereby Let; and the REMAINDER of the LEASE of a PIECE of GROUND at KNOCK, Let by Mr Buchan of Auchmacoy, to George Reidford, of which there are two years to run after Martinmas next.

Drumnagorrach Farm

GRANGE.
FARM TO LET.
Entry immediately, or at Whitsunday first, and for such num-
ber of years as may be agreed on,

DRUMNAGORACK, possessed by the heirs of John Nicolson.  The present rent is £25, on a lease which commenced in 1804.

Should the entry not take place till Whitsunday, Land and Dung for Turnips will be given at a fair price, and also the fields under sown grass, if the new Tenant inclines.

The farm will be found in good order, and very conveniently situated.  Candidates will please attend at Knock, on Monday the 26th February curt.

Newton of Auchingoul, Inverkeithny

CONVENIENT SMALL FARM.
Inverkeithny, Banffshire.

To be let at KNOCK, upon Monday, 11th of May 1812, NEWTON OF AUCHINGOUL, as lately possessed by JOHN COWIE, deceased.  Entry Whitsunday first.  The lease fourteen years: - this may be considered short, but the farm has been under good management, and the tenant will get ground, and all the dung for turnips, at a fair value, and the sown grass, if he inclines.  The houses are almost new.
