East Cookston, Banchory Devenick

VALUABLE PROPERTY IN KINCARDINESHIRE, TO BE FEUED.
SALE ADJOURNED.

Upon Friday the 13th day of August next, at 12 o'clock noon, there will be exposed to sale, by way of Feu, within the Poor's Hospital of Aberdeen,

ALL and WHOLE the TOWN and LANDS of EAST COOKSTON, belonging to the Kirk Session of Aberdeen, lying within the parish of Banchory Devenick, and county of Kincardine; as presently occupied by Alex. Carr, William Leonard, and others.

This property contains 98 acres, 1 rood, and 22 falls, besides 19 acres, 1 rood, and 200 falls of Moss.  The Turnpike road from Aberdeen to Stonehaven passes through the property, which is distant about six miles from the former, and about 8 miles from the latter. - The leases expire at Martinmas 1820, at which term the purchaser will get access to the whole premises, with the exception of a small possession, occupied by William Leiper, on a life-rent tack.

There will be exposed to sale by Auction, in the Mill Inn, Stonehaven, on Thursday the 24th inst. at 7 o'clock afternoon,

THAT FEU TENEMENT in ARDUTHIE, consisting of a Dwelling House, of Two Floors, and Attic, witha  Garden, which belonged to the late Mr Charles Malcolm, in Baulk, now possessed by Mr Thomas Robertson, pleasantly situated on the side of the Carron water, and within a few minutes walk of the sea beach.

Public roup of Peterhead feu

FEU IN PETERHEAD,

Part of the Sequestrated Estate of JAMES GILLAN, Mill Wright in Peterhead, for Sale, by public roup.

On Friday the 20th March next, at six o'clock in the evening, within the New Inn of Peterhead, there will be exposed to sale by public roup,

THAT FEU in the KIRKTON of PETERHEAD, lately possessed by the said James Gillan, with the Mill Wrights Shop, New House, and Dye House built thereon. - The Feu contains 23 Falls, is excellently situated for carrying on business, and is worthy the attention of intending purchasers.

The title deeds, and articles of roup, are in the hands of Messrs. Robertson and Gray, Writers in Peterhead.

VALUABLE PROPERTY IN ABERDEENSHIRE
TO BE FEUED.

Upon Friday the 13th day of February next, at twelve o'clock noon, there will be exposed to sale by way of Feu, within the Poor's Hospital of Aberdeen,

ALL and WHOLE the TOWN and LANDS of EASTER ECHT, lying in the Parish of Echt, and County of Aberdeen, as presently occupied by Alex. Bings and others.  -- This Property is distant about ten English miles from Aberdeen, and contains about 250 Acres of Arable Land, besides a great range of Pasture and Muir Ground, and a large quantity of valuable Moss.

Upset Feu-duty L. 150 Sterling, in Money, and 35 Bolls of Oat Meal, besides the public and parochial burdens to be paid by the purchaser.

FOUR FEUS, with HOUSES and MOSS, belonging to John Gray, and possessed by Isabel Jeyles, and others. - The Houses are in a convenient part of the town, and may be seen by applying to John Davidson, Sheriff Officer.

SALE OF HERITABLE PROPERTY.

There will be sold by public roup, within the Arms Inn, in
New Pitsligo, upon Friday the 1st of March next,

THAT FEU, and HOUSE built thereon, within the Village of New Pitsligo, lately belonging to Alexander Bisset, and now to the trustees of William Senter, Square-wright.

The titles will be seen in the hands of John Philp, in New Pitsligo, any day previous to the sale; the roup will bein by 12 o'clock mid-day.

HERITABLE SUBJECTS IN THE TOWN OF INVERNESS,

For SALE, by private bargain,

THAT FEU TENEMENT, situated upon the north side of the east street of Inverness, with the Dwelling House, &c. built thereon, possessed by John & James Dallas, which formerly belonged to James Andrew, late Mill Wright at Inverness, and now to Peter Cameron, Writer in Banff, as trustee for his creditors.

Mr Cameron will receive offers in writing, shew the title deeds, and give any other information to intending purchasers, that may be required.

Feu and houses in Peterhead

SALE OF A LARGE FEU TENEMENT
in the LONG-GATE of PETERHEAD.

Upon Friday the 12th day of March 1813, there will be sold, by public roup, within the house of John Newbond, vintner in Peterhead, at six o'clock in the evening, if not previously disposed of by private bargain,

THAT extensive FEU and HOUSES built thereon, belonging to James Robertson, Cooper in Peterhead.  The House fronting the street, presently possessed by Mr Clark, Bookseller, contains a very large and elegant Shop, with a small Shop adjoining, three Rooms, a Closet, and a Kitchen.  There are two Dwelling Houses in the closs adjoining to the front House, and containing eight Rooms, and there are a Garden and Pump-Well belonging to the property.

The Houses are all built of the very best materials, and such an extensive and valuable property is seldom to be met with.

Part of the price may remain in the purchaser's hands.

Application may be made to Messrs. Robertson and Gray, Writers; to the Proprietor, or in his absence, to Mr James Mackie, Merchant.

SALE OF HERITABLE PROPERTY

In NEW PITSLIGO, parish of Tyrie, county of Aberdeen,

THAT single FEU with the HOUSE and GARDEN erected thereon, lying on the West side of the Low Street of said village, presently occupied by JN. CRAIGEN and WILLIAM ROSS, will be sold by public roup, in the Pitsligo Arms Inn, New Pitsligo, on Friday the 6th day of December next, at 12 o'clock noon.  The articles of roup are in the hands of Lewis Chalmers, writer in Fraserburgh, to whom application may be made for particulars.
