This Farm is well known as being of good early soil.  It has been occupied for many years by the present tenant, on an improving Lease, and he is bound in such a way as to afford the incoming tenant a favourable entry.  There is a good slated Dwelling House, of two stories high, on the Farm, with suitable Offices and Houses for Crofters.  The distance from Aberdeen, where there is a constant supply of manure, and a ready market for Farm produce, is less than ten miles; and the Harbour of Newburgh, where lime and coals can be had, is about six miles distant.

Little Annochie, Old Deer

TO BE LET,

(In the Parish of Old Deer,)

THOSE parts of the LANDS of LITTLE ANNOCHIE, with the Limestone Quarry of Little Annochie - and privileges of fuel, and leet-peats annexed thereto.  All as presently in occupation of John Findlay.

Entry to the Quarry and Leet-peats, (which are already stacked) at Martinmas first; and to the Land at Whitsunday first.

From the terms of the expiring lease, the whole will be left in most favourable condition for the incoming tenant.

There will also be let, as an appendage to the above, if wished for, at Whitsunday 1821, the CROFT on Annochie, at present in possession of John Cock; which, from its vicinity, would be valuable for accommodation to labourers, and others employed about the Quarry.

Offers to be given in against the 5th of November, to William Scott, at Mains of Elrick; or to Duncan Davidson, Advocate in Aberdeen - either of whom will inform, in the mean time, as to farther particulars.

Farm lease at Protstown

COAST-SIDE FARM TO BE LET,

There is to be Let, and entered to at Whitsunday next, for such term of years as can be agreed upon,

THE FARM of STONEWALL of PROTSTOWN, as lately occupied by James Murray, on a Life-rent Lease, situated in the Parish Gamerie, and County of Banff, and upon the coast of the Moray Firth.

The Farm contains 75 Acres of Land, of a superior quality, all in a high state of cultivation.  It is in the immediate vicinity of the thriving Sea-port of Gardenstown, and within nine miles of Banff.  Every suitable encouragement will be given to a tenant of character, unexceptionably recommended as such.

The Ground will be shewn, and particulars learned, on application at Troup House, where offers will be received, on or before Saturday 22d curt.

Edingight farm leases

LEASE OF A FARM FOR SALE

Upon Monday the fourth day of May next, there will be exposed to sale by public roup, within the house of Miss Mellis, Vintner in Huntly, at two o'clock afternoon,

THE REMAINDER of the LEASE of the FARM of PIRIE'S MILL, as occupied by Andrew Paterson, lately deceased, of which there are four years to run after Whitsunday next.  There are erected on the premises a Meal-mill, and Beating-mill, for Flax, &c.; and being situated in the immediate vicinity of Huntly, a considerable emolument may be derived therefrom.

The tenant, who must be approved of by his Grace the Duke of Gordon, will get access at Whitsunday first.

Cairnywhing

FARM TO LET.

THE FARM on CAIRNYWHING, in the parish of Tyrie, presently possessed by William Williamson, containing about 14 Acres of Infield, 5 Acres of Outfield, and about 20 of Pasture, will be Let for 19 years from Whitsunday first.  The turnpike Road from Fraserburgh towards Banff passes within a few yards of this Farm, and gives easy access to the shores of Pitullie and Pittendrum, for Shell Sand, to which the tenant will have a right.

Sale of John Gray's & Alexander Knight's properties in Huntly

THE TENEMENTS, Houses, and Gardens, which formerly belonged to John Gray, Messenger in Huntly, and now to James Grant, Advocate in Aberdeen, situated on the north side of the street leading from the north end of the Square or Market-palace [sic] of Huntly towards the Bridge of Bogie.

Also the Tenements, Houses, and Garden, which formerly belonged to Alexander Knight, Tailor in Huntly, and now to Mr Grant, lying on the north west side of the street leading from the Muir or Cattle Market Stance past the Old School

Crovie farm lease

VALUABLE FARM IN BANFFSHIRE.

To Let, for such a number of years as may be agreed on,

THE Farm of CROVIE, in the parish of Gamrie, containing about 146 acres; the soil is excellent and early.  It is only about a mile from the sea-port of Gardenstown, and eight from Banff.  There is an excellent Steading of Houses on the Farm; and the Dwellling House would accommodate a genteel family; to be given over on a dead inventory.  It possesses many local advantages, having plenty of sea ware, moss, manure, shell sand, and fisher's dung, within a rig-length of the Farm. - The Farm, and roads upon it, have been greatly improved of late, and is in excellent order, seldom to be met with to an entering tenant.

The incoming tenant may, if he chuses, get the hole Crop and Stocking, as also the Household Furniture, at a fair valuation, and the price to remain in his hands for some years.

Redmyre, Laurencekirk

FARM IN KINCARDINESHIRE TO LET.

THE Farm of REDMYRE, as presently occupied by Robt. Martin, lying in the parish of Laurencekirk.  The Farm consists of 120 Scots acres, or thereby, mostly arable, and excellent soil, capable of bearing every species of Grain and Green Crops.  The situation is pleasant and convenient, being within 15 miles of Montrose, 10 of Stonehaven, 4 of Laurencekirk, and 6 of the Sea Port of Johnshaven.  The turnpike road between Stonehaven and Laurencekirk passes through the middle of the Farm; and in every point of view, a more desirable place of the size is seldom to be met with.
