Edingight farm leases

FARMS IN GRANGE TO LET.

On Saturday the 24th day of April, at 11 o'clock forenoon, there will be Let at Edingight, for 19 Years, from Whitsunday next,

THE FARM of EASTER CROYLIT, as presently occupied by Alex. Wilson, consisting of upwards of 50 Acres, exclusive of Common Pasture.

Also, the FARM of BRAMBLEBURN, as possessed by the late George Brebner, of about 53 Acres or thereby.

For further particulars, application may be made to the Proprietor; and Robert Raffen, Ground Officer, will shew the marches.

On the same day, Contractors are desired to lodge ESTIMATES for inclosing a Field of about 10 Acres, with a Stone Fence, Trenching some Ground, and Casting a variety of Drains.          One Concern.

SALE OF HERITABLE PROPERTY

IN FRASERBURGH

AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

There will be exposed to Sale by public roup, by adjournment, on Saturday the 20th day of July current, between the hours of 12 and 1 o'clock mid-day,

THAT FEU at the Head of Manse-street, with the HOUSES, STABLES, BARN, and BYRES, lately belonging to, and presently possessed by Alexander Wilson, Road Contractor, and by him disponed to Trustees for behoof of his Creditors.  - The houses are in good repair, and well worth the attention of the public.  Entry may be had to the premises immediately after the roup, as the present possessor will be removed before that time.

All those having claims on the estate of the said Alexander Wilson, are hereby required to lodge said claims, with affidavits thereon as to their verity, in the hands of Lewis Chalmers, writer in Fraserburgh, one of the trustees, betwixt and the 1st day of August next: with certification, that if they fail to do so, they will be cut out of any share of the bankrupt's subjects.  - The division will be made, and the dividents paid, immediately after the said 1st day of August next.

SALE OF PROPERTY BELONGING TO ALEXANDER WILSON

SALE at PHILORTH, near Fraserburgh, of

MOVEABLE PROPERTY; and of HERITABLE PROPERTY AT FRASERBURGH

There will be sold by public roup at Philorth, near Fraserburgh, on Saturday the 26th current,

THE WHOLE MOVEABLE PROPERTY which belonged to Alexander Wilson, Road Contractor, for behoof of his Creditors; consisting of Horses, Carts, Ploughs, Harrows, and Household Furniture.  And on same day, his WHOLE HERITABLE PROPERTY, lying in Fraserburgh, will also be sold for their behoof, on the Ground.  The House on Manse-street was lately built, and has a good Garden, and commodious Office-houses.

The roup will begin at Philorth by 10 o'clock forenoon, and credit will be given on security.
