Trust disposition by William (snr), William (jnr) & John Nicolson, Whiterashes

MEETING of the CREDITORS of WILLIAM Senior, WILLIAM Junior, and JOHN NICOLSON, Farmers in Meikle Whiterashes.

THEY having, on the 27th December curt. granted a Trust Disposition of their real and personal Estates, to Messrs. George Alexander, in Wrae; George Taylor, at Slap; John Webster, in Little Hilton; and John Cruickshank there; for behoof of their Creditors: The Trustees request a Meeting of the whole Creditors of the sais William Senior, William Junior, and John Nicolson, within the house of Mr Moir, vintner in Turriff, on Saturday the 8th January 1820, at 11 o'clock forenoon, in order to instruct the Trustees, and lodge their respective Claims with them, duly vouched.

NOTICE TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS.

ANDREW DIVERTIE, Bookseller in Aberdeen, having granted a Disposition in favour of Trustees, for behoof of his Creditors, all those having Claims against the said Andrew Divertie, are requested to lodge the same with Alex. Muir, Advocate, King Street, Aberdeen; and those Indebted to him will please pay their accounts to the said A. Muir, within fourteen days from this date, to prevent prosecutions.

Mr Divertie's Stock, consisting of a choice selection of Books and Stationary, will continue, in the meantime, to be sold off, at his Shop, in Broad Street, at greatly reduced prices.

ON the first current, JOHN BEVERLY, Builder in Old Aberdeen, executed a Trust Disposition in favour of Trustees for behoof of his Creditors;  All those indebted to him, are therefore requested to pay what they owe, within one month from this date, to Charles Donaldson, Advocate in Aberdeen; and those having Claims against the said John Beverly, are requested to lodge the same with the said Charles Donaldson, without delay.

TO THE CREDITORS OF

ADAM DURNO, Shipmaster in Aberdeen, and WILLIAM FIDDLER, Farmer, or residing in Broomhills, Slains, late Owners or part-Owners of the Sloop Nelly of Aberdeen.  Notice is hereby given, to all those having lawful Claims on the above mentioned Adam Durno, and William Fiddler, to lodge the same with George Thomson, John Catto, and Wm. Johnston, Merchants in Aberdeen, to whom a Disposition was granted by the said Adam Durno and William Fiddler, of their interest in the sloop Nelly, in trust for their Creditors; or with Robert Morice, Advocate in Aberdeen, agent for the s aid trustees, within one month from this date; failing their doing which, they will not be entitled to demand any share or proportion of the price of said Vessel, in terms of the trust right.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

CATHARINE GORDON, Merchant in Aberchirder, having executed a disposition of her whole subjects and effects, in favour of Messrs. George Alexander, Merchant in Banff, and Peter Findlater, Merchant in Aberchirder, as Trustees for behoof of her Creditors: The Trustees request a Meeting of the Creditors, within the house of Peter Grant, vintner in Banff, upon Saturday the 14th day of February curt. at one o'clock afternoon, to consider a state of the bankrupt's matters, which they have prepared, and to give directions thereanent.  And it is further requested, that all persons having claims on her, will lodge the same, with oaths of verity, in the hands of the Trustees, within one month from this date.

And NOTICE to CREDITORS.

MRS SOPHIA BUCHAN, other McKILL, and JAMES McKILL, her husband, having granted a disposition in favour of Trustees for behoof of their Creditors, all those having Claims against them are requested to lodge the same, with oaths of verity thereon, in the hands of Messrs. Robertson and Gray, Writers in Peterhead, within two months from this date; otherwise they will not be entitled to any share of the proceeds of the Trust Estate and Effects.

AND,

Upon Saturday the 19th current, at 12 o'clock noon, within the New Inn of Peterhead, there will be exposed to sale by public roup,

The Third and Fourth Lots of that TENEMENT in Peterhead, which belonged to the deceased Wm. Buchan, Esq.

The plan and title deeds are in the hands of the said Messrs. Robertson and Gray.

JAMES BURR, late Merchant in Liverocklairs, having granted a disposition to his subjects in favour of Charles Auld, Merchant in Oldmeldrum, and John Raitt, farmer in Tillycarn, for behoof of his Creditors; all those having Claims due by him, are requested to lodge the same with legal vouchers, with said Charles Auld, or John Raitt, on or before the 22d of March first, as a division of the subjects obtained by his trustees will be made as soon as possible, if with the approbation of his creditors.

To be sold, by public roup, on Friday 31st January current, in virtue of a warrant from the Honourable the Magistrates of Aberdeen, at that shop in the end of Queen-street, lately occupied by HENRY WILSON, Glass Dealer,

THE whole stock of GLASS, cut and uncut, formerly belonging to him, consisting of Wine Decanters, Carafs, Goblets, Table Dishes, Tumblers, Wine Glasses, &c. &c.  Also the Shop Furniture and working utensils; and after the roup, the shop will be let till Whitsunday first.  Entry immediately.

The said H. Wilson having granted a trust disposition for behoof of his Creditors, all those who are Indebted to him, are requested to make immediate payment of what they owe, to John Smith, Advocate, Aberdeen, the Trustee; and those to whom he is owing are requested to lodge with Mr Smith, their Claims and Affidavits thereon.

AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

JOHN SCROGGIE, Square-wright in Kinharachie, having executed a Trust Disposition in favour of James Mair, Writer in Aberdeen, for behoof of his Creditors;  There will be sold by public roup, on Saturday 28th current, the whole Effects which belonged to him - consisting of a variety of HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, among which is an excellent Eight-day Clock, with Mahogany Case, and almost quite new; also an extensive assortment of WRIGHT TOOLS of all descriptions, with Shop Furniture, and various other articles.

The roup to begin at 12 o'clock noon, and Credit to be given on security.

All those having claims against the said John Scroggie, will please lodge the same, properly vouched, within fourteen days from this date, with the said James Mair, at Mr Crombie's, Advocate.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

THAT JAMES WILSON, Feuar in New Pitsligo, has granted a trust disposition, for behoof of his creditors, to Lewis Chalmers, writer in Fraserburgh; William Hacket, in Mains of Feddrat; James Eddie, in New Pitsligo; and William Williamson, in Cairnywhing, as trustees.  All those to whom the said James Wilson is indebted will attend a meeting of the trustees, in the Arms Inn of New Pitsligo, upon Wednesday the 18th current, at 12 o'clock noon.  Those who are due the said James Wilson will attend at the same time and place, to settle their accounts.

Isaac Robertson, Auchanachie

NOTICE.
To the CREDITORS of

ISAAC ROBERTSON at AUCHANACHIE.  It having been intimated in the Journal of last week, that Mr Robertson had, on the 10th curt. granted a trust disposition in favour of John Geddes in Haddoch, John Gatherer, and Wm. Gordon, writers in Keith, for behoof of his creditors; a meeting of his creditors was, in consequence of the above advertisement, held within the house of Robert Gordon, vintner here, this day, when the trust deed was laid before them for approval, and instructions to the trustees named; but one of the principal creditors present having refused to accede, and no accession in consequence having taken place, the above gentlemen declined accepting the trust, or acting under it, and they give this notice, that all concerned may attend to their interests.
