Public roup in Longside

SALE OF HERITABLE AND MOVEABLE PROPERTY, IN LONGSIDE,
FOR BEHOOF OF CREDITORS,

Upon Wednesday the 18th day of August current, at 10 o'clock forenoon, there will be exposed to sale, by public roup, in the Village of Longside,

THE whole MOVEABLE PROPERTY, lately belonging to John Hatt, Vintner, now to Trustees for his Creditors - consisting of HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE - a HEARSE - a WORK HORSE - and Sundry articles of FARMING UTENSILS.

There will be exposed to sale, at the same time, (if not previously disposed of by private bargain) the HOUSES and GROUND in the Village of Longside, as formerly advertised; presently occupied by the said John Hatt, as an Inn.

Public roup in Huntly

HERITABLE PROPERTY IN HUNTLY,
FOR SALE.

On Friday the 30th curt. there will be exposed to sale by public roup at 6 o'clock afternoon, within the house of Miss Mellis, Vintner in Huntly,

THE whole of that PROPERTY, which belonged to the late Wm. Harvey, Dyer, situated on the east side of the Square, and presently occupied by James Cruickshank, Merchant, and others, consisting of Two Shops, with Cellar below, Five Rooms, a Kitchen, two Closets, and Garrets.

The centrical situation of this Subject makes it well worth the attention of any person in a public line.

A SHARE of the HUNTLY TURNPIKE ROAD will be disposed of at the same time, if not previously sold by public bargain.

Links of Arduthie: sale of property

FOR SALE,
On a day to be afterwards fixed,
THE whole Heritable PROPERTY in LINKS of ARDUTHIE, lately belonging to William Allan, and now to Trustees for his Creditors.  The Houses are substantial, and in excellent order, and from their central situaton, are always well tenanted.

For particulars, apply to William Anderson, Writer in Stonehaven, or Charles Chalmers, Advocate in Aberdeen.

Those Creditors who have not as yet lodged claims, properly vouched, are requested to do so, in the course of one month, with either of the saids William Anderson, or Charles Chalmers, who are also authorised to receive payment of any outstanding debts due to the Bankrupt.

Heritable property of Alexander Scott in Strichen

NOTICE.

ALEXANDER SCOTT, sometime Farmer at Ord, thereafter Feuar and Watchmaker in Strichen, died in April last, leaving some heritable property.  His heir at law will hear of something to his advantage, on applying to Mr Alex. Fraser, Writer in Fraserburgh; or Alexander Webster, Advocate in Aberdeen.

Insolvency of Sophia Buchan and James McKill

SALE OF
HERITABLE PROPERTY IN PETERHEAD,
And NOTICE to CREDITORS.

MRS SOPHIA BUCHAN, other McKILL, and JAMES McKILL, her husband, having granted a disposition in favour of Trustees for behoof of their Creditors, all those having Claims against them are requested to lodge the same, with oaths of verity thereon, in the hands of Messrs. Robertson and Gray, Writers in Peterhead, within two months from this date; otherwise they will not be entitled to any share of the proceeds of the Trust Estate and Effects.

AND,

Upon Saturday the 19th current, at 12 o'clock noon, within the New Inn of Peterhead, there will be exposed to sale by public roup,

The Third and Fourth Lots of that TENEMENT in Peterhead, which belonged to the deceased Wm. Buchan, Esq.

The plan and title deeds are in the hands of the said Messrs. Robertson and Gray.

Public roup in New Pitsligo

SALE OF HERITABLE PROPERTY.

There will be sold by public roup, within the Arms Inn, in
New Pitsligo, upon Friday the 1st of March next,

THAT FEU, and HOUSE built thereon, within the Village of New Pitsligo, lately belonging to Alexander Bisset, and now to the trustees of William Senter, Square-wright.

The titles will be seen in the hands of John Philp, in New Pitsligo, any day previous to the sale; the roup will bein by 12 o'clock mid-day.

HERITABLE SUBJECTS IN THE TOWN OF INVERNESS,

For SALE, by private bargain,

THAT FEU TENEMENT, situated upon the north side of the east street of Inverness, with the Dwelling House, &c. built thereon, possessed by John & James Dallas, which formerly belonged to James Andrew, late Mill Wright at Inverness, and now to Peter Cameron, Writer in Banff, as trustee for his creditors.

Mr Cameron will receive offers in writing, shew the title deeds, and give any other information to intending purchasers, that may be required.
