James Robertson, farmer in Birkenbaud

NOTICE to the CREDITORS of the Deceased
JAMES ROBERTSON, sometime Farmer
in Birkenbaud.

THE Creditors of the said Deceased JAMES ROBERTSON, who have not already lodged their Claims against him, with affidavits thereon, are requested to do so, with Alex. Robertson, farmer in Mains of Corsindae; Benjamin Lumsden in Hatton; or David Sievewright, farmer in Nether Park, his Trustees, within One Month from this date; and all concerned are hereby certified, that, at the expiry thereof, a division of the Trust funds will be immediately made amongst those only who may have by that time lodged their Claims, with the vouchers of debt and affidavits thereon; and that those who may neglect to do so, will not receive any share of said funds.
May 11th, 1819.

HOUSES FOR SALE.

NO Sale of that Property in LINKS of ARDUTHIE, formerly belonging to William Allan, and now to Trustees for his Creditors, having taken place; Intimation is hereby given, that the same will be again exposed, on a day to be afterwards advertised.  In the meantime, the Trustees will treat for a sale of it by private bargain; and offers for the same may be lodged with Charles Chalmers, Advocate in Aberdeen; or William Anderson, Writer in Stonehaven.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

THE Creditors of JOHN STEINSON, late in Craigyford, in the parish of Fordyce, are requested to lodge their Claims, with oaths of verity, in the hands of John Smith, Writer in Banff, agent for the trustees, before the 1st day of August next; and in the meantime, the trustees accounts will be seen in Mr Smith's hands.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND DEBTORS.

WILLIAM BYTH, Farmer in Cummerton, having on the 14th of June current, granted a Trust Disposition of his real and personal estate to Messrs Alexander Anderson, farmer in Avalds, and Alex. Ingram, Farmer in Walkerhill, for behoof of his creditors; - A meeting of the Creditors is requested within the house of Peter Donald, vintner, at Keelhill, on Tuesday the first day of July next, as 12 o'clock noon, in order to instruct the trustees, and at the same time to lodge their Claims with affidavits in the hands of the Trustees.  All those indebted to the said William Byth, will please pay the amount to the said Trustees immediately; otherwise they will be prosecuted.
June 16, 1817.

SALE of EFFECTS,
AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

THE whole EFFECTS belonging to ALEXANDER RANNIE, in Greecyhill of Brucklay,... consisting of Corn and Fodder, Cattle, a Work Mare, Implements of Husbandry, and Household Furniture, ... will be sold by public roup, by his Trustees, for behoof of his Creditors, at Greecyhill, on Tuesday the 7th curt. at 11 o'clock forenoon.  Credit on security will be given.

Those Creditors who have not already lodged their claims, are requested to do so, with William Gamack, writer in Peterhead without delay.

NOTICE TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS.

Upon Tuesday, the eight day of November curt. there will be exposed to sale, by public roup, at the shop and house occupied by James Presly, Saddler,

THE whole STOCK of GOODS, HOUSE and SHOP FURNITURE, and other effects, which formerly belonged to the said James Presly, and now to Trustees for behoof of his Creditors.

The roup will begin at 10 o'clock forenoon, and credit will be given on security.

Those indebted to the said James Presly are requested to order payment of the amount to Alexander Webster, Advocate in Aberdeen, Agent for the Trustees; and such as have claims against him, will lodge the same with the said Alexander Webster.

Sloop Ann

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

ALL those having Claims against the SLOOP ANN, of ABERDEEN, previous to the 4th of January last, or upon JOHN MILNE, Ship Master, or WILLIAM WALKER, Mason, both in Aberdeen, the Owners of said Sloop, either jointly or as individuals; and who have not already done so, are requested to lodge their claims, with affidavits thereon, with George Yeats, Advocate in Aberdeen, the Agent for the Trustees for their Creditors, within fourteen days from this date; certifying such as fail to comply with this intimation, that they will be entitled to no part of the Trust Funds, which will be immediately thereafter divided.

THE said James Andrew requests a meeting of his creditors personally, or by agents duly authorised, within the Royal Oak Tavern in Banff, on Saturday the 12th of June next, at 12 o'clock noon, to consider the state of his affairs, and the expediency of appointing Trustees for the liquidation of his debts as soon as possible.

John Straton in Garrol, Stonehaven

NOTICE TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS

JOHN STRATON, Tenant in Garrol, having some time ago, executed a disposition in favour of Trustees for behoof of his creditors, all those who have claims upon him are requested to lodge the same, and affidavits of verity thereon, with John Brand, writer in Stonehaven, agent for the trustees, on or before the first of December next, otherwise they will receive no share of the funds; and such persons as are indebted to the said John Straton are requested to pay their accounts to Mr Brand.

Notice to Debtors and Creditors of George Legg, Cuminestown

That whereas GEORGE LEGG, Baker and Confectioner, Cuminestown, on the 22d November last, granted a trust disposition of his whole effects in favours of Alexander Leith, Merchant, Garmond; James Taylor, Merchant, Cuminestown; and James Cheyne, Auctioneer, there, for behoof of his whole creditors: it is hereby intimated, that a meeting of his whole creditors is to be held in the house of James Cheyne, Cuminestown, on Monday the 24th December curt. at which time and place, it is requested all those having claims on the Bankrupt will bring or send them forward, with oaths of verity thereon; and all those indebted to the said George Legg, will instantly order payments of the same unto any of the said trustees, to avoid prosecutions.
