NOTICE

To the CREDITORS of GEORGE WILLOX in KINGSEAT of NEWMACHAR.

THE said George Willox having granted a Disposition to James Blaikie and Thomas Sangster, Advocates in Aberdeen, as Trustees for behoof of his Creditors; it is requested that all those having claims against him, will lodge the same with either of the Trustees, within fourteen days from this date.

Sloop Ann

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

ALL those having Claims against the SLOOP ANN, of ABERDEEN, previous to the 4th of January last, or upon JOHN MILNE, Ship Master, or WILLIAM WALKER, Mason, both in Aberdeen, the Owners of said Sloop, either jointly or as individuals; and who have not already done so, are requested to lodge their claims, with affidavits thereon, with George Yeats, Advocate in Aberdeen, the Agent for the Trustees for their Creditors, within fourteen days from this date; certifying such as fail to comply with this intimation, that they will be entitled to no part of the Trust Funds, which will be immediately thereafter divided.
