William Gamack, Corsekellie

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

WILLIAM GAMACK, in Corskellie, having executed a Trust Deed in favour of Trustees for behoof of his Creditors; a Meeting of his Creditors is requested in the Saltoun Inn, Fraserburgh, on Saturday the 17th curt. at 12 o'clock noon.

It is also requested that all those having Claims on the said William Gamack, will lodge the same, before the Meeting, with Lewis Chalmers, Writer in Fraserburgh, properly vouched; and that those due the said William Gamack, will pay the same to the said Lewis Chalmers, within ten days from this date.

NOTICE TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS.

MR JAMES STEWART having granted a Trust Deed in favour of George Andrew, Baker, Cullen, for behoof of his Creditors: - all those having any Claims upon the said James Stewart, will please lodge the same, properly vouched, with the said George Andrew; and all those indebted to him, will please order payment of what they owe, within One Month from this date, in order to save expences.

NOTICE.

ALEXANDER THOMSON, Merchant in Portgordon, having executed a trust deed for behoof of his whole Creditors in favour of Mackie and Mackay, Aberdeen; - Notice is hereby given to those having claims against him, to lodge the same without delay, with the said Mackie and Mackay; - to whom all persons indebted to him, will please make immediate payment of their accounts.

Part of the Stock belonging to the said Alexander Thomson, (consisting of HABERDASHERY and GROCERY GOODS) will be sold by public roup, in Henderson's Sale-room, Aberdeen, on Wednesday the 13th day of March, 1816.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

WILLIAM SENTER, Square-wright in New Pitsligo, having executed a Trust Deed in favour of Trustees, for behoof of his Creditors, it is requested that those having Claims on the said William Senter, will lodge the same with John Philip, in New Pitsligo, before the 20th of June next.

Sloop Ann

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

ALL those having Claims against the SLOOP ANN, of ABERDEEN, previous to the 4th of January last, or upon JOHN MILNE, Ship Master, or WILLIAM WALKER, Mason, both in Aberdeen, the Owners of said Sloop, either jointly or as individuals; and who have not already done so, are requested to lodge their claims, with affidavits thereon, with George Yeats, Advocate in Aberdeen, the Agent for the Trustees for their Creditors, within fourteen days from this date; certifying such as fail to comply with this intimation, that they will be entitled to no part of the Trust Funds, which will be immediately thereafter divided.

MEETING OF CREDITORS.

A Meeting of the whole Creditors of WILLIAM SIMPSON, Farmer, in Sandhole of Hatton, is requested upon Monday first the 29th inst. at 12 o'clock noon, within the house of James Shand, vintner in Weighton-hill, to accede to the trust deed, and instruct the Trustees with regard to the management of his subjects, when a state of affairs will be laid before them.

NOTICE.

GEORGE SIM, SADDLER in Aberdeen, having executed a trust deed in favour of Messrs. Alexander Glenny and Andrew Ramage, Merchants in Aberdeen, for behoof of his creditors; it is requested that those having claims on him, will lodge the same, with Alexander Webster, Advocate in Aberdeen, Agent for the Trustees, as soon as possible; and that such as are anywise indebted to Mr Sim, will order payment of the amount to the said Alexander Webster, without delay.

The whole STOCK of SADDLERY and other Goods, which belonged to G. SIM, will be disposed of in One Lot; and the purchaser will get immediate access to the Shop in Lodge-walk, lately occupied by him, which has been long well frequented in the same line.

An Inventory of the Goods and Stock in Trade; will be seen in the hands of the said Alexander Webster, to whom application may be made for further details.

GEO. WALKER, Square Wright in FRASERBURGH, having executed a Trust Deed, of his whole heritable and moveable property, for behoof of his creditors, in favour of George Milne in Broadsea farm; Alex. Duncan, Merchant, Speymouth, and Alex. Davidson, farmer in Aquorthie, a Meeting of his said creditors is requested in the Saltoun Inn, Fraserbugh, on Saturday first, the 21st curt. at 12 o'clock noon, to give directions as to the management of the estate.

ROBERT WYLLIE, MAINS OF KAIR

KINCARDINESHIRE

The Trustees on the disponed Subject of ROBERT WYLLIE, in Mains of Kair, request a Meeting of his Creditors, on Saturday the 11th inst. in the house of Mr ALEX. PIRIE, Auchenblae, by 10 o'clock, forenoon, to direct them in what manner they are to turn the Subject into cash, for the discharge of his debts.  In the mean time, all those who have any Claims against him, which were contracted prior to the date of the trust-deed, as formerly advertised, may lodge the same with Mr WILLIAM TAYLOR, in Town-head of Boghall, one of the Trustees.
