There will be sold by public roup, within the Gordon Arms Inn, Huntly, upon Thursday the 5th day of August next, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon,

THAT PROPERTY fronting the Square, and HOUSE at the back thereof - with the whole Office-Houses, and Yard thereto adjoining, which formerly belonged to the deceased James Geddes, Merchant.   From the public situation, compactness, and accommodation of this property, it is well worth the attention of the public - as it can be always tenanted, affording the purchaser handsome interest for the money.

There will be sold by public roup, at Stewartfield, on Tuesday the 5th of October next, at 2 o'clock afternoon (if not previously disposed of by private bargain),

Thomson, measuring 45 feet in length, and containing two large rooms, two bed rooms, a kitchen, and garret; also a small House adjoining, consisting of one room, closet, and garret; with a Stable, Byre, Barn, Kiln, and a Garden stocked with fruit trees.  The purchaser will be entitled to a lease of six acres of ground, in good condition, attached to the property, at a moderate rent.
