NOTICE TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS.

THOSE having Claims against the Deceased JAMES TOUGH, late Writer in Peterhead, are requested to lodge the same with Jas. McHardy, Advocate in Aberdeen, within Two Months from this date; otherwise they will be excluded from any part of the Funds realized; and those Indebted to the Deceased, must make immediate payment to the said Jas. McHardy, to prevent expences.

Public roup in Banff

TENEMENT IN BANFF FOR SALE.

On Thursday the 25th day of July inst. at one o'clock afternoon, there will be sold by public roup, within the house of James Allan, vintner in Banff,

THAT large TENEMENT situated at the back of the Grammar School in Banff, as many years possessed by Mr Cruickshank, Rector of the Academy; and which will afford accommodation for a large private family; or may either be converted into an Inn; or subdivided so as to suit separate families.

For further particulars, application may be made to John Smith, Writer in Banff, who is in possession of the title deeds, and articles of roup.

Public roup of property in Banff

HOUSE IN BANFF.

On Saturday the 1st day of October next, at 1 o'clock afternoon, there will be sold by public roup, within the house of Mrs Anderson, vintner in Banff,

THAT TENEMENT in the BURGH of BANFF, belonging to John Garden, Shoemaker, and lying in the street leading from the Cross to the Grammar School, consisting formerly of four Vaults, and on which a Dwelling House and others were lately erected.

The articles of roup and title deeds, will be shown by John Smith, writer in Banff.

HERITABLE SUBJECTS IN THE TOWN OF INVERNESS,

For SALE, by private bargain,

THAT FEU TENEMENT, situated upon the north side of the east street of Inverness, with the Dwelling House, &c. built thereon, possessed by John & James Dallas, which formerly belonged to James Andrew, late Mill Wright at Inverness, and now to Peter Cameron, Writer in Banff, as trustee for his creditors.

Mr Cameron will receive offers in writing, shew the title deeds, and give any other information to intending purchasers, that may be required.

Alexander Pyper, Banff, deceased

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

ALL those having claims on the estate of the deceased ALEXANDER PYPER, late Wright in Banff, are requested to give in their claims to James Horne, Writer in Macduff, with oaths of verity thereon (otherwise they will not be received) by the 8th day of February ensuing; failing thereof they will be cut out of any share of the Funds, as a division of them will positively be made and paid by the Trustees, at the  Office of the said James Horne, on the 9th day of February foresaid, by order of the Trustees.

Heirs of Isobel Gordon

HEIRS WANTED.

ISOBEL GORDON residing in Old Keith, parish of Keith, and county of Banff, died at Keith on the 28d of November last.  She lived in said parish during the last forty years; and was the Relict of JAMES THOMSON, some time Lint Miller, at Braehead, near Keith.  Her nearest of kin, therefore, will hear of something to their advantage, by applying to William Gordon, Writer in Keith.
