James Robertson, farmer in Birkenbaud

NOTICE to the CREDITORS of the Deceased
JAMES ROBERTSON, sometime Farmer
in Birkenbaud.

THE Creditors of the said Deceased JAMES ROBERTSON, who have not already lodged their Claims against him, with affidavits thereon, are requested to do so, with Alex. Robertson, farmer in Mains of Corsindae; Benjamin Lumsden in Hatton; or David Sievewright, farmer in Nether Park, his Trustees, within One Month from this date; and all concerned are hereby certified, that, at the expiry thereof, a division of the Trust funds will be immediately made amongst those only who may have by that time lodged their Claims, with the vouchers of debt and affidavits thereon; and that those who may neglect to do so, will not receive any share of said funds.
May 11th, 1819.

Portsoy feus

NOTICE TO FEUERS IN PORTSOY.

WHEREAS the following Feuers in the Burgh of Barony of Portsoy, and their heirs and representatives, have for a great many years past failed to pay up their feu duties to the Right Honourable Earl of Findlater and Seafield, the superior of the said burgh, and are now due the sums aftermentioned, viz.

Intimation is therefore hereby given, that unless the said feu duties are forthwith paid, and regular entries taken out and titles made up to the feus abovementioned, immediate measures will be taken for declaring the feu rights irritated, and for evicting the feus for payment of the arrears of feu duties, of which all concerned are desired to take notice.

Such of the feuers as are inclined to pay up their arrears and settle, will please call on Mr Copland, factor for Lord Findlater, at Portsoy, or Archibald Young, writer in Banff.

Shop-breaking in St. Fergus

SHOP BREAKING - REWARD.

WHEREAS, on the night between Friday the 25th, and Saturday the 26th of April inst. the shop of Alexander Robertson, Merchant in St. Fergus, was broken into, and the following articles Stolen and Carried off therefrom, viz: - 5 or 6 Pieces of Muslin, about 4 Dozen of Silk Handkerchiefs, a Piece of Blue Cloth, consisting of about 20 yards, Half-a-Piece of Blue Kerseymere, Two or Three Pounds of Tea, and from Eight to Ten Pounds Sterling, in Silver and Copper:

A REWARD OF TEN GUINEAS

Is hereby offered, to any one who will give such information, to Hugh Fullerton, Procurator Fiscal of the County of Aberdeen, as may lead to the discovery and conviction of the person or persons concerned in the said offence, and the informer's name shall be concealed.

It is earnestly requested that any person offering such Goods for sale, without being able to shew a Hawker's Licence; or otherwise being of a suspicious description, may be detained, and information thereof given to the nearest Magistrate.

DENBURN FOR SALE.

To be sold by private bargain, together or separately,

THAT NEW HOUSE on the West-side of College-street, occupied by George Berry, and others; and that other House adjoining the same, presently finishing, with the Back-ground appertaining thereto.  Also that House on the west side of the Den-burn, and immediately opposite Wapping-street, occupied by Alexander Robertson, shoemaker, and others.

The whole of the houses are erected of the best materials, and on the first mentioned property there is a Well of excellent spring water.

From the vicinity of the whole to the Manufactories, and the airy and agreeable situation, few properties are so likely to ensure constant occupation, and rising rents.  Part of the price may remain for sometime in the purchasers hands.
