John Steinson, Craigyford

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

THE Creditors of JOHN STEINSON, late in Craigyford, in the parish of Fordyce, are requested to lodge their Claims, with oaths of verity, in the hands of John Smith, Writer in Banff, agent for the trustees, before the 1st day of August next; and in the meantime, the trustees accounts will be seen in Mr Smith's hands.

NOTICE TO DEBTORS.

ALL those Indebted to ALEXR. McGRIGOR and JOHN CRAN, Shoemakers in Muir of Rhynie, will please make payment of what they owe to them, at, or before the term of Martinmas first; and all those who have not settled their last half-year's Accounts, and fail to comply with this intimation, a prosecution will be raised against them.

James Milne, Plaidy

NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND DEBTORS.

ALL those having CLAIMS against JAMES MILNE, late Merchant at Plaidy Toll-bar, who have not already lodged the same, are requested to give them in, properly vouched, to James Gilmore, merchant in Turriff, or Alexander Webster, Advocate in Aberdeen.

And those INDEBTED to the same James Milne, are desired to pay the sums due by them, to Mr Gilmore, within one month from this date, to prevent expences.

George Hutton, Cruden

SALE OF GROWING CROP,
AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

There will be exposed to sale by public roup, on Saturday, the 6th day of September next, at HATTON of CRUDEN, the whole GROWING CROP on GEORGE HUTTON’s Possession, for behoof of his Creditors.

The sale to begin 12 o’clock noon.

Those Creditors of the said George Hutton, who have not already lodged their Claims, will please do so, with William Gamack, Writer in Peterhead, without delay.

James Andrew, mill-wright

TO THE CREDITORS OF JAMES ANDREW,
MILL WRIGHT IN BANFF.

THE said James Andrew requests a meeting of his creditors personally, or by agents duly authorised, within the Royal Oak Tavern in Banff, on Saturday the 12th of June next, at 12 o'clock noon, to consider the state of his affairs, and the expediency of appointing Trustees for the liquidation of his debts as soon as possible.
