Farm lease at New Park, Lethenty

SMALL COMPACT FARM IN GARIOCH
TO LET.

THAT early small FARM on the Estate of LETHENTY, in the parish of Chapel of Garioch, called NEW PARK, presently occupied by John Anderson, consisting of about 58 enclosed Arable Acres.  Nineteen Years Lease will be granted, and an allowance for Houses.                           ALSO

The PLACE CROFT of LETHENTY, of about 45 Acres, with the Houses, Garden, Services and Carriages by the Tenants on the Estate; together with the Pigeon House, and Pertinents.

This small Farm is well known to be of the best soil in the Garioch.

William Walker, in Castlecraigs of Lethenty, will point out the boundaries of the Farms.  Offers will be received, and information as to particulars given, by John Ewing, Advocate in Aberdeen.

Sloop Ann

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

ALL those having Claims against the SLOOP ANN, of ABERDEEN, previous to the 4th of January last, or upon JOHN MILNE, Ship Master, or WILLIAM WALKER, Mason, both in Aberdeen, the Owners of said Sloop, either jointly or as individuals; and who have not already done so, are requested to lodge their claims, with affidavits thereon, with George Yeats, Advocate in Aberdeen, the Agent for the Trustees for their Creditors, within fourteen days from this date; certifying such as fail to comply with this intimation, that they will be entitled to no part of the Trust Funds, which will be immediately thereafter divided.
