THE TENEMENTS, Houses, and Gardens, which formerly belonged to John Gray, Messenger in Huntly, and now to James Grant, Advocate in Aberdeen, situated on the north side of the street leading from the north end of the Square or Market-palace [sic] of Huntly towards the Bridge of Bogie.

Property for sale or let at Maybank, Aberdeen

TO LET OR SELL,

THAT HOUSE, GARDEN, and Piece of GROUND at MAYBANK, near Aberdeen, belonging to FRANCIS LEITH of Maybank.

ESSON, millwright, is for sale by private bargain.  The situation of this property is well adapted for a Wright or other Artificer; and as the ground extends from Windywynd backwards, all the way to Gerard-street, it may be turned to considerable account, having a front to each of these streets.  At a moderate expence the Shop may be converted in whole or in part into a Dwelling-house, being two stories high, and having chimnies and vents already planted for eight fire-rooms, besides garrets.  The roof and joisting are of Memel timber.
