The property is situated in the most public part of the village, and would be a good situation for a Baker or Confectioner. On the Tenement is built an Episcopal Chapel, which pays Five Shillings yearly rent (being one half of the whole); when the lease of it ends, it falls to the proprietor of the Feu.
