CUMINESTOWN PROPERTY FOR SALE

THAT TENEMENT lately possessed by GEORGE LEGG, Baker - consisting of a Dwelling-House, containing three Rooms and an Oven, a Barn, Stable, Byre, large Out-house, Shade, and a Garden of excellent soil, 25 falls, inclosed with a stone dyke.  The property is situated in the most public part of the village, and would be a good situation for a Baker or Confectioner.  On the Tenement is built an Episcopal Chapel, which pays Five Shillings yearly rent (being one half of the whole); when the lease of it ends, it falls to the proprietor of the Feu.
