SALE OF A HOUSE IN NORTH-STREET
Upon Friday the 1st day of November next, at 6 o'clock in the evening, there will be exposed to sale, by public roup, within the Lemon-Tree Tavern in Aberdeen,
THAT HOUSE on the North Side of North-street, and near the East End thereof, with the BACK CLOSE, OFFICES, and PERTINENTS, lately belonging to GEORGE SIMPSON, chaise-driver in Aberdeen, and at present possessed by William Esson, and others.
The rent at present is L. 17. 5s.; but, with some improvements which might be made at a moderate expence, it might be brought to yield considerably more. The feu-duty is only L. 1. 11s. 6d.
