For Sale in Rosehearty.

To be sold by roup, within the house of John Cowie, vintner, Rosehearty, on Tuesday the 15th January, at One o'clock afternoon,

THAT DWELLING HOUSE, SHOP, Ware-house, Barn and Byres, and Ground at the back of the same, sitiuated at the head of the town of Rosehearty, formerly belonging to John Renny, Merchant there, now to trustees for behoof of his creditors.

The premises are centrical; and the Houses substantially built, having been erected and fitted up for Mr Renny's particular convenience, and afford an eligible opening for any person having occasion for such accommodation.

The title deeds and articles of roup are in the hands of Phineas Daniel, Writer in Fraserburgh, to whom or to George Yeats, Advocate in Aberdeen, application may be made for further particulars.
