John McPherson, Gordonstown

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

Those to whom the deceased JOHN McPHERSON, late Gardener at Gordonstown, stand indebted at the time of his death, are requested to lodge their Claims, with oaths of veracity thereon, in the hands of James Thomson, Writer in Elgin on or before the 25th curt.; Certifying to such as fail to do so that they will be cut out of any share of the deceased's Funds, which will immediately thereafter be divided.

Not to be repeated.

Heirs of Isobel Gordon

HEIRS WANTED.

ISOBEL GORDON residing in Old Keith, parish of Keith, and county of Banff, died at Keith on the 28d of November last.  She lived in said parish during the last forty years; and was the Relict of JAMES THOMSON, some time Lint Miller, at Braehead, near Keith.  Her nearest of kin, therefore, will hear of something to their advantage, by applying to William Gordon, Writer in Keith.
