Pitcarry Farm

FARM IN KINCARDINESHIRE.
To be let, for such number of years as may be agreed upon, from and after Martinmas next, 1819.

THE FARM of PITCARRY, at present occupied by David Bell, and lying with a mile of the town of Bervie.  It consists of 488 Acres of Arable and Pasture Ground, has a fine exposure, and is conveniently situated for roads and markets.  The soil is good, and fit for all sorts of crops.  It is proposed to let this land in one or two farms, as may suit offerers.

Easter Echt

VALUABLE PROPERTY IN ABERDEENSHIRE
TO BE FEUED.

Upon Friday the 13th day of February next, at twelve o'clock noon, there will be exposed to sale by way of Feu, within the Poor's Hospital of Aberdeen,

ALL and WHOLE the TOWN and LANDS of EASTER ECHT, lying in the Parish of Echt, and County of Aberdeen, as presently occupied by Alex. Bings and others.  -- This Property is distant about ten English miles from Aberdeen, and contains about 250 Acres of Arable Land, besides a great range of Pasture and Muir Ground, and a large quantity of valuable Moss.

Upset Feu-duty L. 150 Sterling, in Money, and 35 Bolls of Oat Meal, besides the public and parochial burdens to be paid by the purchaser.

THE Farm of PITCARRY, at present occupied by Mr David Bell, and situate within a mile of the burgh of Bervie; consisting of about 363 acres of arable land, and 70 acres of pasture.

It is proposed to let this land in two farms, or in one, as offerers may incline; and for farther information, application may be made to Mr Charles Mercer, Meikleour, by Perth; or to Mr John Polwarth, Keir, by Kincardine; by whom, and by Messrs. Thomson and Fleming, W.S. Edinburgh, offers will be received.

Farm leases at Birkenbog, Fordyce

FARMS TO LET,
IN THE PARISH OF FORDYCE, BANFFSHIRE.

To be Let, and entered to at Whitsunday 1815,

THE following FARMS, on the Estate of Birkenbog, viz:

The UPPER MAINS of BIRKENBOG, possessed by James Murray, Esq.

MILL and MILL LANDS of TOWIE, possessed by Ditto.

CLASHENDAMER, as lately possessed by the deceased Peter Geddes.

And the two Pendicles of CLASHENDAMER, formerly attached to Mains of Birkenbog and Towie, which will be let separately, or along with these Farms, as offerers may incline.

Mains of Birkenbog consists of upwards of 80 acres, and Towie of upwards of 100 acres of excellent arable land, besides a considerable extent of pasture and improveable grounds.  They are situated in the most fertile district of Banffshire, near the sea coast, and almost adjoining the turnpike road from Portsoy to Cullen.

Proposals, in writing, may be given in to Sir George Abercromby, Baronet, Forglen-House, by Turriff; or to Archibald Young, Writer in Banff, who will inform as to other particulars.

Redymre farm, Laurencekirk

FARM IN KINCARDINESHIRE TO LET.
To be Let for 19 years from Whitsunday next,

THE Farm of REDMYRE, as presently possessed by Robt. Martin, lying in the parish of Laurencekirk.  The Farm consists of 124 Scots acres, or thereby, mostly arable, and excellent soil, capable of bearing every species of Grain and Green Crops.  The situation is pleasant and convenient, being within 13 miles of Montrose, 10 of Stonehaven, 4 of Laurencekirk, and 6 of the Sea Port of Johnshaven.  The turnpike road between Stonehaven and Laurencekirk passes through the middle of the Farm; and in every point of view, a more desirable place of the size is seldom to be met with.

Mains of Knapperna & Tilliemaud

FARM TO BE LET.

THE Farm of MAINS of KNAPPERNA; and part of TILLIEMAUD, in the parish of Udny, at present possessed by Mr John Hervie, is to be let, and entered to immediately.

This Farm contains 116 Scotch acres; of which 90 are arable, and the remainder excellent pasture.  The greater part of the Mains is completely inclosed with stone fences, subdivided, and surrounded with hedges, and belts of planting.  An excellent steading has been built upon the Farm within the last two years; and the tenant will have immediate possession of a considerable extent of land, fallowed and limed last season; and the whole manure on the Farm.  The distances from Aberdeen is twelve miles, and from Newburgh four.

Persons inclining to take the farm will immediately lodge their offers with Alexander Crombie, Advocate in Aberdeen.
