ROUP, AND NOTICE TO DEBTORS

AND CREDITORS.

ALL those having Claims on the deceased JOHN SIM, in Sandstown of Eden, Parish of King Edward, are requested to meet at Sandstown, on Monday the 26th of October curt. when the whole Subject belonging to the Deceased, will be sold by public roup - consisting of some Stacks of Oats and Barley, with the Fodder; Turnips and Potatoes on the Ground; a Horse; two Cows; some Labouring Utensils and Household Furniture.

The roup to begin at 11 o'clock forenoon.

And those who stand indebted to the deceased, are requested (within one month from this date) to pay what they owe to Capt. James Reid, at Inverichny, who is authorised to receive the same, and grant discharges.

James Milne, Plaidy

NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND DEBTORS.

ALL those having CLAIMS against JAMES MILNE, late Merchant at Plaidy Toll-bar, who have not already lodged the same, are requested to give them in, properly vouched, to James Gilmore, merchant in Turriff, or Alexander Webster, Advocate in Aberdeen.

And those INDEBTED to the same James Milne, are desired to pay the sums due by them, to Mr Gilmore, within one month from this date, to prevent expences.

Farm leases in King Edward

LANDS TO LET.

To be Let and entered to at the Term of Whitsunday, 1818,

THE FARM of MAINS of EDEN and SANDSTOWN, lying within the Parish of King Edward and County of Aberdeen, as possessed by Mr McKay, containing above Eighty Acres of fine Arable and Cultivated Lands, besides an extent of Pasture lying on the east-side of the river Doveran, and of a rich and early soil, yielding the best Crops,

AS ALSO,

The FARM of HILLHEAD of EDEN, as possessed by George Ingram, containing about 53 Acres, the greater part of which is Arable, and lyes continuous, and adjoining the Mains of Eden &c. and also of good early soil.

These Lands lye at about the distance of three or four miles from the sea-ports of Banff and Macduff, where Lime and Manure is to be had; and the turnpike road leading northward from Aberdeen, runs along the Estate.

Encouragement will be given to industrious tenants; and application may be made to Mr Reid, Town-Clerk, Banff.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND DEBTORS.

WILLIAM BYTH, Farmer in Cummerton, having on the 14th of June current, granted a Trust Disposition of his real and personal estate to Messrs Alexander Anderson, farmer in Avalds, and Alex. Ingram, Farmer in Walkerhill, for behoof of his creditors; - A meeting of the Creditors is requested within the house of Peter Donald, vintner, at Keelhill, on Tuesday the first day of July next, as 12 o'clock noon, in order to instruct the trustees, and at the same time to lodge their Claims with affidavits in the hands of the Trustees.  All those indebted to the said William Byth, will please pay the amount to the said Trustees immediately; otherwise they will be prosecuted.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND DEBTORS.

ALEXANDER DICKIE, Merchant in New Byth, having on the 20th of April current, granted a Trust Disposition of his Real and Personal Subject to Messrs David Milne, in Auchnamoon, and George Wilson, in Auchnygorth, near New Byth, for behoof of his Creditors, - it is requested, all those having Claims on the said Alex. Dickie, will lodge them, with affidavits thereon, in the hands of the said Trustees; and all those Indebted to the said Alex. Dickie, will please pay the amount to the said Trustees immediately, otherways they will be prosecuted.

NOTICE

TO the CREDITORS of the deceasead ALEXANDER ANDERSON, late at Carding Miln of Plaidy.  All those having claims on the said Alexander Anderson, are desired to lodge the same, with affidavit, with James Horne, writer in Macduff, betwixt and the twentieth day of June ensuring.  Certifying that those who fail to comply with this notice, will no part of the defunct's funds.
