Wester Micras, parish of Crathie

LANDS TO BE SOLD.

To be sold by public roup, on Friday the 16th October next, within Mr Anderson's New Inn, Aberdeen, at two o'clock afternoon,

THE Just and Equal HALF pro indiviso of the LANDS of WESTER MICRAS with the Pertinents lying in the parish of Crathy, and county of Aberdeen, formerly belonging to the late John Erskine, portioner of Auchalater and Micras.  These Lands are pleasantly situated on the Dee, are of an early soil, and have right to an extensive common Pasturage, along with the neighbouring proprietors.

Entry to the Lands at Whitsunday first, when the price will be payable; the Upset Price will be small, and the Lands will be sold without reserve.

For further information, application may be made to Mr John Lawson, Keilhill, by Kirriemuir.  The tenants will point out the Marches.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND DEBTORS.

WILLIAM BYTH, Farmer in Cummerton, having on the 14th of June current, granted a Trust Disposition of his real and personal estate to Messrs Alexander Anderson, farmer in Avalds, and Alex. Ingram, Farmer in Walkerhill, for behoof of his creditors; - A meeting of the Creditors is requested within the house of Peter Donald, vintner, at Keelhill, on Tuesday the first day of July next, as 12 o'clock noon, in order to instruct the trustees, and at the same time to lodge their Claims with affidavits in the hands of the Trustees.  All those indebted to the said William Byth, will please pay the amount to the said Trustees immediately; otherwise they will be prosecuted.
June 16, 1817.
