Farm leases in King Edward

LANDS TO LET.

To be Let and entered to at the Term of Whitsunday, 1818,

THE FARM of MAINS of EDEN and SANDSTOWN, lying within the Parish of King Edward and County of Aberdeen, as possessed by Mr McKay, containing above Eighty Acres of fine Arable and Cultivated Lands, besides an extent of Pasture lying on the east-side of the river Doveran, and of a rich and early soil, yielding the best Crops,

AS ALSO,

The FARM of HILLHEAD of EDEN, as possessed by George Ingram, containing about 53 Acres, the greater part of which is Arable, and lyes continuous, and adjoining the Mains of Eden &c. and also of good early soil.

These Lands lye at about the distance of three or four miles from the sea-ports of Banff and Macduff, where Lime and Manure is to be had; and the turnpike road leading northward from Aberdeen, runs along the Estate.

Encouragement will be given to industrious tenants; and application may be made to Mr Reid, Town-Clerk, Banff.
