NOTICE TO
CREDITORS AND DEBTORS.
ALL those having CLAIMS against JAMES
MILNE, late Merchant at Plaidy Toll-bar, who have not already lodged the same,
are requested to give them in, properly vouched, to James Gilmore, merchant in
Turriff, or Alexander Webster, Advocate in Aberdeen.
And those INDEBTED to the same James
Milne, are desired to pay the sums due by them, to Mr Gilmore, within one month
from this date, to prevent expences.
