Hugh Imlay, Shoemaker, Aberdeen

NOTICE TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS
AND HOUSE FOR SALE.

THOSE having claims against HUGH IMLAY, Shoemaker in Aberdeen, are required to lodge the same, and affidavits thereon, with James Matthews or John Ramage, leather-merchants in Aberdeen, trustees for his creditors, on or before the 20th of February next. - And such as are indebted to the said Hugh Imlay, are required to pay the amount of what they are due him, within the same period, to the said James Matthews, who is authorised to discharge the same.

That HOUSE in CHAPEL-STREET, presently possessed by the said Hugh Imlay, and others, will be exposed to sale, by public roup, within the Lemon Tree Tavern, on Friday the 31st of January curt. at 6 o'clock in the evening.  The house is new and substantially built, consisting of two floors, besides coomceiled rooms.
