NOTICE TO THE CREDITORS OF WILLIAM BIRNIE, MERCHANT, INVERNESS.
PETER DUGUID, merchant, Aberdeen, trustee on the sequestrated Estate of the said WILLIAM BIRNIE, hereby intimates, that, the Commissioners having audited the accounts of his intromissions with the Bankrupt's Estate, the same, along with a Scheme of Division, will lie open for the inspection of those concerned, at the Trustee's office, Aberdeen, until the 13th day of February next - when the Dividend will be paid.
