Alexander Muirden, Greenbrae

SALE OF GOODS AT GREENBRAE,
IN THE PARISH OF OLD DEER; And
NOTICE to DEBTORS and CREDITORS.

Upon Tuesday the 10th day of December next, there will be sold by public roup at Greenbrae,

THE whole stock of goods, belonging to Alexander Muirden, Merchant at Greenbrae, consisting of Clothiery, Grocery, and Hardware, and also his Household Furniture.  The roup will begin precisely at 10 o'clock forenoon, on account of the shortness of the day.

All those having Claims against the said Alexander Muirden, are requested to lodge the same with Alexander Webster, Advocate in Aberdeen, agent for his Trustees; and those indebted to the said Alexander Muirden, are desired to pay the sums due by them, to the said Alexander Webster, or to John Brodie, Merchant in New Deer, within one month from this date to prevent expences.

JAMES MILNE, MERCHANT, KEITH,

HAVING commenced business in that SHOP lately occupied by Mr JAMES TAYLOR, begs leave to inform his friends and the public, that he has just got to hand from the first Houses in the Kingdom, an excellent assortment of Superfine Broad and Narrow CLOTHS, KERSEYMERES, SEYS, SERGES, DUFFLES, FLANNELS, CORDUROYS, and Cotton CLOTHS, &c. &c.; also a Parcel of Black TEAS of the first qualities, and a great number of articles in the Grocery and Hardware line.  As the above are all of the finest sorts, no recommendation is necessary, as the Goods, upon trial, will recommend themselves.  Those who favour him with their charge, shall have his utmost attention to their interest.

James Ross, saddler

SALE AT FOGGIELOAN, AND NOTICE
TO DEBTORS

Upon Tuesday the 25th day of May curt. there will be exposed to sale, by public roup, at the Shop & House of JAMES ROSS, Saddler in Foggieloan,

THE whole GOODS belonging to him; consisting of SADDLERY, HARDWARE, LEATHER, TOOLS, &c.  Also the different articles of FURNITURE in the house occupied by him.

The roup will begin at 10 o'clock forenoon; and as the whole must be sold off, great bargains may be expected.

Those indebted to the said James Ross, are requested to settle their accounts on the day of the roup; or to order payment of the amount to Alexander Webster, advocate in Aberdeen; or James Pressly, saddler in Turriff.

Sale of shop goods at Ellon

SALE AT ELLON

Upon Monday, 26th day of August curt. there will be exposed to sale by public roupo, in virtue of a warrant from the Sheriff of Aberdeen,

THE whole SHOP GOODS and EFFECTS in the Shop and House occupied by Alex Davidson, jun. Merchant in Ellon, consisting of Broad and Narrow Cloths, Duffles, Flannels, Baizes, Corduroys, Swandowns, Printed Callicoes, Shawls, Pollicats, Hats, Buttons, Silk, Twist, A general assortment of Hardware and Groceries, Shop Furniture, &c.

Roup to begin at 10 o'clock forenoon, and credit will be given on security.

An inventory of the goods will be seen in the hands of Alexander Webster, advocate in Aberdeen, to whom those indebted to the said Alexander Davidson, jun. will please order payment of what they owe.
