Stuartfield property of deceased George King

FEU TENEMENT IN STUARTFIELD,
FOR SALE, BY PUBLIC ROUP.
Upset Price reduced to £45.

There will be sold, by public roup, within the New Inn of Peterhead, on Monday the 15th of November first, at 12 noon,

THAT FEU TENEMENT, HOUSES, and PIECE of Garden GROUND, in the Village of Stuartfield, which belonged to the deceased George King, Taylor.

The title deeds, and articles of roup, are in the hands of Messrs. Robertson and Gray, Writers in Peterhead.

Public roup of Macduff feu

HOUSES IN MACDUFF FOR SALE.

There will be exposed for sale by public roup, within the house of Robert Mathieson, vintner in Macduff (if not previously disposed of by private bargain), upon Tuesday the 31st day of March current,

THAT FEU TENEMENT in MACDUFF, with the HOUSES built thereon, consisting of TWO commodious DWELLING HOUSES, presently occupied by John Innes, Shoemaker, and Alexander Henry.  A Barn and Byre, which, for a trifling expence, might also be converted into a Dwelling House - together with a small Garden, containing Fruit-trees &c.  The Houses are substantial, in good repair, and pleasantly situated.

The roup to begin at twelve o'clock noon, and, in the meantime, particulars may be obtained, by applying to George Dawson, Writer in Banff, in whose hands are the title-deeds; or to the said John Innes, who will show the Premises to intending purchasers.

Gardenstown properties

HOUSES AND GROUND TO BE SOLD
AT GARDENSTOWN.

There is to be sold by Private Bargain,

THE GRANARY on the east-side of the thriving Harbour of Gardenstown, with the Cellars below, belonging to JOHN KNOX, betwixt this and the 16th of November next.  The House is eighty feet long, and fifteen and one half feet broad within walls; the Cellars are divided below the Granary by a stone wall and have large doors in each end, sufficient for receiving a Cart.  There is also a door in each end of the Granary above, with easy access; the House is in compleat repair, and the largest half of it lately built in a substantial manner.  There is room enough on the Property for building another House on the west-end.  

If not sold before the above period, the Granary will be Let.  Entry at Martinmas first.

There are also to be sold as above TWO other large FEU TENEMENTS and HOUSES in the middle of the town of Gardenstown; the one is possessed by George Laird, Vintner, and others - the House possessed by G.L. is both large and commodious, well furnished with Beds and Presses, &c. and in excellent repair, with a good Stable and a large Hay Loft above it; these Houses were new roofed a few years ago, with the best materials, and are the best in town for a Public house, or a Merchant, having a well finished Shop, with entries to it from both Streets. - Feu-duty only Fourteen Pence.

The other Feu adjoining is partly possessed by John Robertson, the Dwelling House is very commodious and substantial, and has a Yard of twenty-seven Roods belonging to the Feu of very early and superior quality of Ground. - Feu duty is 4s 9d.

For further particulars, and to those wishing to purchase, apply to John Knox, the proprietor. - - Credit will be given on good security.

Turriff tenement of houses

PROPERTY IN TURRIFF FOR SALE.

THAT FEU TENEMENT of HOUSES in the New Town, belonging to James Cheyne.  The Feu is large and conveniently situated, and the Houses are substantial and newly built.

Application may be made to the Proprietor; and if not previously sold by private bargain, the property will be exposed by public roup, on Saturday the 6th August, at 12 o'clock noon.

Not to be repeated.
