NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

THE Funds realized from the Subjects of the now deceased DAVID BREBNER, late in Aberchirder, will be divided among his Creditors, immediately after the 24th day of January next. - and against that day, the whole of his Creditors are required to lodge their Claims, with Oaths of Verity thereon, in the hands of Messrs. George Alexander, Merchant in Banff; or Peter Findlater, Merchant in Aberchirder; and those who neglect to do so, will be cut out from the dividend.

George Harper, Forgue, deceased

NOTICE.

ALL those indebted to the deceased GEO. HARPER, late Merchant, Balgownie, Parish of Forgue, will please pay the same to Andrew Oldman, Merchant, Aberdeen, to prevent expences.  And those having claims on the said Geo. Harper, will lodge the same, as above, with affidavits thereon, on or before the 1st of June next, as a dividend will then be paid. - Not to be repeated.

NOTICE

TO THE CREDITORS OF 

ALEX. and CHAS. McHARDY, Braemar.

THAT a meeting of the said Creditors is to take place at Castletown, Braemar, on Monday, the 11th November next; and as a final dividend is expected, it is requested that all those having CLAIMS will lodge them with Chas. Watson, Castletown, or Chas. Cumming, Corrymulzie, accompanied with regular affidavits, on or before said day, as none will be afterwards attended to.

TO CREDITORS AND DEBTORS.

THOSE Creditors who have lodged and proved their Claims on the Estate of JOHN FARQUHARSON, Manufacturer in Stonehaven, will receive an interim dividend of Five Shillings per Pound, on applying to William Anderson, Writer in Stonehaven.

Intimation is hereby given to those persons still Indebted to the said John Farquarson, that prosecutions will forthwith be raised against them, if their debts are not immediately paid to the said William Anderson.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS

THE Creditors of JOHN GAVIN, shoemaker in Newburgh, are herby desired to lodge their claims, with affidavits thereon, with James Glass, shoemaker, Long-acre, Aberdeen, within one month from this date, otherwise they will receive no share of the produce of the said John Gavin's effects, then to be divided.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS

THE Property and Effects belonging to ROBERT SPALDING, Gardener at Loanhead, have been recovered by the trustees for his creditors; and, as the matters are now to be wound up, it is requested that those who have not yet complied with the former intimations, to give in their accounts, properly vouched, will do so without delay.  Immediately after the 15th of next month, the funds are to be distributed; and it is hereby notified that any outstanding Creditor, who, before that time, does not lodge his claim, with Mr Yeats, Advocate, Aberdeen, or John Duguid Milne, Writer, Marischal-street, will be deprived of a Dividend from the subjects.
