Dufftown feu for sale

BY PRIVATE BARGAIN,

THE FEU No. IV. in the new and thriving village of Duff-town, in the parish of Mortlach, as presently possessed by William Gordon, Inn-keeper there, consisting of 50 feet of front, and extending backwards 200 feet.  There is a Dwelling House upon the premises, 20 feet wide, and 45 long, new and substantially built, with slated roof, and containing two Stories, and Garrets, together with a Stable, Barn, Byre, Washing House, &c.  There is also a Garden, stocked with Berry-Bushes, and some Fruit-Trees.

Persons wishing to secure so desirable a Property, which will be sold on reasonable terms, may apply to George Dawson, Writer in Banff, who is authorised to conclude a bargain.

SALE OF PROPERTY.
There will be Sold by Private Bargain,

THE FEU PROPERTY in Mormond Village, presently possessed by Mrs Stewart.  The House measures 52 feet in length, it is two stories high, and a Garret fitted up for a Granary.

There is likewise on the premises, a Stable and Byre, 38 feet long, and a Loft above for Barn.

The whole is substantially built; the House has a slate roof, and the Offices are tiled.

The Ground of said property measures 1371 square yards. - the House has been used as a Public Inn for 16 years, and would be a good opening for any person inclining to enter into the public line; or could be fitted up, at a small expense, to accommodate a genteel private family.

HOUSE IN BUCKIE FOR SALE.

THAT HOUSE in the town of BUCKIE, belonging to, and presently occupied by GEORGE SYMON as a TAVERN, together with the Malt Barn, Brew-house and Stable belonging to the same.

The house is commodious, and from its situation, is particularly well adapted for an Inn.  It has been much frequented as a Tavern for several years past, and is well worth the attention of Innkeepers.  The Purchaser may also be accommodated, with the Furniture and Brewing Utensils, at a fair valuation; and entry to the premises may be had at Whitsunday.

On Thursday the 11th. February, 1813, there will be exposed to public sale, within the Lemon Tree Tavern, Aberdeen, at 6 o'clock afternoon,

THAT commodious and well situated PROPERTY, in Mormond Village, presently occupied by John Tarras, Blacksmith - consisting of a slated Dwelling House, two stories high, and a House of one storey, which has been used as a smithy; together with a Barn, Stable, and Byre, and a Garden enclosed with a stone fence, containing a Pump Well, and other conveniences.
