That there is to be sold at Cuminestown, by private bargain, on

or before the 1st of June next,

THAT HOUSE, which belongs to James Florence there, fronting the end of the Old Street of that Village, having a Slate Roof, consisting of four Rooms, Ceiled Garret Rooms, sunk Cellar, a Kitchen adjoining, with Barns, Byres, Stable, and Peat Shed, and a Garden of half an acre of ground.
