On Thursday the 11th. February, 1813, there will be exposed to public sale, within the Lemon Tree Tavern, Aberdeen, at 6 o'clock afternoon,
THAT commodious and well situated PROPERTY, in Mormond Village, presently occupied by John Tarras, Blacksmith - consisting of a slated Dwelling House, two stories high, and a House of one storey, which has been used as a smithy; together with a Barn, Stable, and Byre, and a Garden enclosed with a stone fence, containing a Pump Well, and other conveniences.
Persons desirous of further information may apply to Messrs. John Woodman, Strichen; Alexander Fraser, writer, Fraserburgh; or George Yeats and Hugh Fullerton, Advocates in Aberdeen, who will shew the title deeds and conditions of sale.
