Trust disposition by William (snr), William (jnr) & John Nicolson, Whiterashes

MEETING of the CREDITORS of WILLIAM Senior, WILLIAM Junior, and JOHN NICOLSON, Farmers in Meikle Whiterashes.

THEY having, on the 27th December curt. granted a Trust Disposition of their real and personal Estates, to Messrs. George Alexander, in Wrae; George Taylor, at Slap; John Webster, in Little Hilton; and John Cruickshank there; for behoof of their Creditors: The Trustees request a Meeting of the whole Creditors of the sais William Senior, William Junior, and John Nicolson, within the house of Mr Moir, vintner in Turriff, on Saturday the 8th January 1820, at 11 o'clock forenoon, in order to instruct the Trustees, and lodge their respective Claims with them, duly vouched.
December 27, 1819.

To be Let, for such number of years as can be agreed on, entry immediately.

THE FARM of ABBOTSHAUGH, and Park of ASLEED, as lately possessed by the deceased Robert Maitland.  The Farm consists of nearly 43 acres, the greater part is inclosed, and the whole, with the exception of a proportion in turnip, is laid out in grass.  ALSO,

A PENDICLE on AUCHMUNZIEL, adjoining the Farm possessed by Mr John Webster, consisting of upwards of 18 acres.

Offers will be received by the Proprietor at Cairnbanno, or George Yeats, Advocate, Aberdeen.

Stonehaven property

SALE OF A HOUSE AND GARDEN
IN STONEHAVEN

Upon Thursday the 6th day of August next, there will be sold by public roup, within the house of Mr Alexander Allan, vintner, New Town, Stonehaven, 'twixt the hours of 5 and 6 o'clock afternoon,

THAT GARDEN, with the DWELLING HOUSE built thereon, consisting of six rooms, which belongs to the heirs of the deceased William Mouat, and lying on the south side of the Old Town of Stonehaven.  The house is substantially built, and in good repair.  The Garden is fenced in, and affords several stances for building thereon.

The articles of roup and title deeds may be seen, on application to Mr Francis Milne, farmer, Megra; or Mr John Webster, farmer, Quithil.
