SALE OF A HOUSE AND GARDEN
IN STONEHAVEN

Upon Thursday the 6th day of August next, there will be sold by public roup, within the house of Mr Alexander Allan, vintner, New Town, Stonehaven, 'twixt the hours of 5 and 6 o'clock afternoon,

THAT GARDEN, with the DWELLING HOUSE built thereon, consisting of six rooms, which belongs to the heirs of the deceased William Mouat, and lying on the south side of the Old Town of Stonehaven.  The house is substantially built, and in good repair.  The Garden is fenced in, and affords several stances for building thereon.

The articles of roup and title deeds may be seen, on application to Mr Francis Milne, farmer, Megra; or Mr John Webster, farmer, Quithil.
