Trust disposition by William (snr), William (jnr) & John Nicolson, Whiterashes

MEETING of the CREDITORS of WILLIAM Senior, WILLIAM Junior, and JOHN NICOLSON, Farmers in Meikle Whiterashes.

THEY having, on the 27th December curt. granted a Trust Disposition of their real and personal Estates, to Messrs. George Alexander, in Wrae; George Taylor, at Slap; John Webster, in Little Hilton; and John Cruickshank there; for behoof of their Creditors: The Trustees request a Meeting of the whole Creditors of the sais William Senior, William Junior, and John Nicolson, within the house of Mr Moir, vintner in Turriff, on Saturday the 8th January 1820, at 11 o'clock forenoon, in order to instruct the Trustees, and lodge their respective Claims with them, duly vouched.
December 27, 1819.

Meethill property

LANDS FOR SALE,
In the Vicinity of Peterhead.

THAT Part of the LANDS of MEETHILL, lying betwixt the Turnpike Road and the Bay of Peterhead, possessed by William Clark, John Nicolson, and Andrew Fraser, containing upwards of 27 Acres, with the Kelp Shores and Quarries belonging thereto.

These Grounds are beautifully situated on the Bay and about a mile from the Town of Peterhead.  They will be sold upon such terms, as a Purchaser can have 4 per cent for his Money immediately, with a prospect of a great increase; and two thirds of the price, if wished, will be allowed to remain in the purchaser's hands, for several years.

Drumnagorrach Farm

GRANGE.

Entry immediately, or at Whitsunday first, and for such num-
ber of years as may be agreed on,

DRUMNAGORACK, possessed by the heirs of John Nicolson.  The present rent is £25, on a lease which commenced in 1804.

Should the entry not take place till Whitsunday, Land and Dung for Turnips will be given at a fair price, and also the fields under sown grass, if the new Tenant inclines.

The farm will be found in good order, and very conveniently situated.  Candidates will please attend at Knock, on Monday the 26th February curt.
