NOTICE
TO THE CREDITORS OF ALEXANDER MOIR, LATE MERCHANT IN FORRES

AT a Meeting of the Creditors of the said ALEXANDER MOIR, held on the 20th curt. in consquence of former advertisements, THOMAS EDDIE, Esq. merchant in Forres, was chosen Trustee on the Bankrupt Estate: And NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Resolutions of that Meeting, that a second Meeting of the Creditors is to be held on Thursday the 24th of January next, at 12 o'clock noon, within the writing chambers of Mr JOHN FORSYTH, writer in Forres, to instruct the Trustee how to proceed in the management and disposal of the Bankrupt's Estate; when it particularly requested that such persons as having claims against the said Alexander Moir, will either attend personally, or appoint some person to act for them.
