TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS

ALL those having claims on the Estate of the deceased Mr WILLIAM DONALDSON, Merchant, lately residing in Turriff, will be pleased to lodge notes thereof with David Hutcheon, Advocate in Aberdeen, Agent for his Executors; and those who stood indebted to him at the time of his death, are requested to pay what they owed to him to the said David Hutcheon, who is empowered to receive and discharge the same.

John Robb, merchant in Banff

NOTICE.

The Executors of the late Mr JOHN ROBB, Merchant in Banff, have empowered Mr JOHN WATT, merchant there, to receive payments of all sums due to said Mr Robb, and to discharge the same.  Likewise, those who have claims on the deceased, are desired to lodge them, properly vouched, with Mr Watt, and that on or before the 26th May next.
