A MOST CAPITAL FARM

In the Parish of Skene, to Let.

EASTER KIRKTOWN, at present possessed by Robert Wylie, is to be let for such number of years as may be agreed upon.  The Skene turnpike passes thro' it, between 8 and 9 miles from Aberdeen.  The soil is early, and well adapted for bringing up weighty crops of Wheat, Barley, and Turnip. - Having been 23 years in the Proprietor's possession, he spared no pains in fencing it, and bringing it into high cultivation.  - The farm consists of upwards of 100 Acres, enclosed in 24 fields, with water mostly in each, fit for grazing Cattle.

There is a good Dwelling House, and Steading of Offices, consisting of 2 Barns, 4 Byres, a Stable, and Grain Lofts.  If the taxman should require more land, he may have from 30 to 40 acres additional.  The Lands are bound to no Mill, and there is plenty of Moss attached to them.  It is seldom that such a farm is to be met with.  Entry at Martinmas 1816.

ROBERT WYLLIE, MAINS OF KAIR

KINCARDINESHIRE

The Trustees on the disponed Subject of ROBERT WYLLIE, in Mains of Kair, request a Meeting of his Creditors, on Saturday the 11th inst. in the house of Mr ALEX. PIRIE, Auchenblae, by 10 o'clock, forenoon, to direct them in what manner they are to turn the Subject into cash, for the discharge of his debts.  In the mean time, all those who have any Claims against him, which were contracted prior to the date of the trust-deed, as formerly advertised, may lodge the same with Mr WILLIAM TAYLOR, in Town-head of Boghall, one of the Trustees.

Farm & Mill in Kincardineshire To Let

To be Let for Nine Years from Whitsunday first.

THE FARM of MEIKLE FIDDES, and the MILL of BADIESMILL, with the Multures thereof, situated in the Parish of Arbuthnot, and County of Kincardine, as possessed by the Heirs of the late JOHN NAPIER.

The Ground to be Let consists of One Hundred Acres Arable, and above Forty-seven Acres Meadow Land, with an excellent Peat Moss.  The arable ground is a deep black loam, mostly infield ; is in high order, well adapted for raising Barley, Oats, Turnips, and Grass.  Two-fifth parts are now lying in sown Grass.  The Farm is situated above five miles from the town and harvour of Stonehaven ; the turnpike road to which passes through the Farm.  There is a comfortable Dwelling-House, with a substantial steading of Offices.  The incoming tenant can have the crop which will on the ground at Whitsunday, by valuation if he inclines.
