Notice to Creditors of John Wight

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

THOSE who had claims against JOHN WIGHT, Cattle Dealer, sometime at Oldmeldrum, now in Huntly, in March 1812, when he obtained a Decreet of Cessio Bonorum, are desired to lodge the same with Alexander Webster, Advocate in Aberdeen, against the 15th September next, when the free proceeds of certain effects, which belonged to the said John Wight, at the period above-mentioned, will be divided among those Creditors who shall lodge claims, properly vouched, agreeable to this intimation.
