THE Farm of PITSKELLIE, as occupied by John Aitken, containing about 150 acres of arable land, in good cultivation, situated in the fertile district of The How of the Mearns, with an advantageous exposure on the banks of Bervie Water; and distant from the port of Stonehaven only eight miles, by a turnpike road leading along one side of the farm.  The Dwelling House and Offices are substantial and commodious; and the entry is in every respect favourable for a tenant.
