College Street and Denburn properties

HOUSES IN COLLEGE STREET AND ON
DENBURN FOR SALE.

To be sold by private bargain, together or separately,

THAT NEW HOUSE on the West-side of College-street, occupied by George Berry, and others; and that other House adjoining the same, presently finishing, with the Back-ground appertaining thereto.  Also that House on the west side of the Den-burn, and immediately opposite Wapping-street, occupied by Alexander Robertson, shoemaker, and others.

The whole of the houses are erected of the best materials, and on the first mentioned property there is a Well of excellent spring water.

From the vicinity of the whole to the Manufactories, and the airy and agreeable situation, few properties are so likely to ensure constant occupation, and rising rents.  Part of the price may remain for sometime in the purchasers hands.

For particulars, apply to the Proprietor, Mr John Benzie, or to George Yeats, Advocate.
