HOUSES IN NEWTOWN OF STONEHAVEN FOR SALE

On Saturday the 31st day of October current, at 6 o'clock in the evening, there will be sold by public roup, within the house of Alexander Allan, vintner in New Town of Stonehaven,

THE TWO HOUSES in ANNE STREET of New Town of Stonehaven, formerly belonging to Mr. David Greig, there.  One of them is now occupied by Mr Greig; and the other by Mr John Scorgie, and others.  The Situation of both houses is very pleasant, particularly the situation and exposure of the southmost house, to which there are a good Garden, a Stable, and Two Work Shops attached.  To the other house there belongs some convenient Back Ground.  The subjects will either be sold in one lot, or in separate lots, as offers may incline.

For farther particulars, apply to the Proprietor, Mr John Milne, at Bridge of Don, or to Charles Monro, Writer in Stonehaven.
