Hugh Imlay, shoemaker

NOTICE TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS.

THE Debtors of HUGH IMLAY, Shoemaker in Aberdeen, are requested to make payment immediately, of what they ower him to James Mathews, Shoemaker in Queenstreet, who is authorised to discharge the same; as a prosecution is about to be commenced against them.  And the creditors of the said Hugh Imlay are desired to lodge their claims, with affidavits, on or before the 19th June curt. with the said James Mathews, or John Ramage, Leather Merchant in Aberdeen, Trustees for his creditors.

A meeting of the creditors will be held within the Writing Room of Alexander Allan, Advocate, Broadstreet, Aberdeen, on the said 19th curt. at 6 o'clock afternoon, when they are requested to attend.
