Sale of shop in Aberchirder

SALE OF HOUSE AND SHOP GOODS,
IN FOGGIELOAN.

THAT HOUSE situated on the south side of Foggieloan, with about 2 1/2 Acres of feu ground attached, together with the Stock of SHOP GOODS in the same, lately belonging to Alex. Alexander, merchant, and now to Trustees for behoof of his Creditors, is to be sold by private bargain; and such a desireable opening for any person wanting to engage in business, is seldom to be met with, the country around being populous and the village thriving.  If not sold in one lot before the 20th May next, the whole will be soon afterwards exposed to sale by public roup.

Application and offers to be made to William Innes, Netherdale, or William Davidson, Merchant, Aberdeen; either of whom has power to conclude a bargain.

Foggieloan is the popular local name for the village of Aberchirder.
