SALE of a HOUSE and GARDEN at BERVIE

There will be sold, by public roup, on Saturday the 4th
day of January, 1812, within the Ship Inn, Bervie,

THAT commodious HOUSE an GARDEN, formerly belonging to JOSEPH STEWART, and now to the trustees for his Creditors.  The house contains a kitchen, two parlours, and three bed apartments besides a low room in front, which has been occupied as a shop, and which is well calculated for that purpose.  There is also an outer cellar and a pump well, and the whole premises have been lately put in good repair.  Mr Brodie, the present tenant will show the property; and the sale will begin at 12 o'clock noon.
