Peterhead: Miss Sutherland's house


THE DWELLING-HOUSE belonging to, and occupied by Miss Sutherland, Merchant Street, Peterhead, will be sold by Public Roup, on the first Friday of May next, (if not previously disposed of by private bargain,) at 6 o'clock in the evening in Steven's Hotel, Peterhead.  The house consists of a Dining and Drawing Rooms; 4 Bed Rooms; Kitchen, Garret, and other accommodations.  There is also a small  piece of Garden ground attached to it.  The house is unusually neat and commodious.  Alexander Peterkin, Writer in Peterhead, will receive offers for a sale by private bargain.
