FARM IN UDNY

To be LET, upon a Lease of favourable endurance,

THE FARM of TORRYLEITH, in the parish of Udny, as presently occupied by John Melvin. - It contains 'twixt 60 and 70 Scotch acres of improved land, mostly inclosed, and about 25 acres of pasture land. - There is a substantial and commodious Dwelling House upon it, of two stories, and slated; with a good Steading of Offices, and well stocked Garden; and is distant only ten miles from Aberdeen, on the turnpike road, leading from thence to Old Meldrum) which passes through the farm. - Entry to the whole at Martinmas first.

Any person wishing to view the premises, may call upon Mr. Patrick Walker, North Kinmundy, who will point out the same and inform of all particulars; and offers for a lease will be received by Duncan Davidson, advocate, Belmont-street.
